TIC TOK SMOKIE — Local services in Arlington

Well I been in twice. Not friendly or helpful staff. Dont know prices.

All the inscense are stale and old and sitting out losing potency.

They are way over charging for items that package list .99 for almost $3

Just not a welcoming environment. I'll literally drive the extra miles somewhere else to spend my money on grinders, bongs, hookahs, papers, lighter refill, inscense and spray anywhere that has welcoming energy and knowledge of their product.

Sucks for them as I work with weedmaps and leafy...

Customer service is always important. And quality products.

My first visit the grabba leaf was told a cheaper price and I got a smaller pack and they were a bit crunchy(stale)

I'd usually pick a few and feel and choose but not at this place.

Also the mushrooms items are very overpriced and the packaging is the same the dosage amount is less that it should be for the prices.

I really tried to ask a lot of questions to which I was barely engaged and blown off...smh

Anywho... Won't go back a third time

Let me know if you stop by if the inscense have been changed out or they got fresh one or even refilled the 15+ containers that's have been empty...

Terrible service. Never going back. Just purchased a product from them and it would not vape. I literally walk back into to see if I could exchange it with receipt and was refused because the dude behind the counter ( who had just sold me the vape) said I needed to get the real one from my car. This was not the first time this establishment had sold me a faulty vape. Then the dude told me I was a liar. I have never been treated this way at any establishment I have ever been. It would be one thing if they has just said no refunds that's fine, but insult me and then try to make it out that I am trying to scam them. I will never shop here again. I suggest you do not either. I went down to CBD next to Ci Cis and purchased the same product and was treated great. The guy even made sure it worked and I spent about 10 more bucks.
