Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arlington

I orderd delivery from this location on 1/16/25 at 5:21pm (per my and received an email notice that it would be delivered by 6:01pm. As 6pm rapidly approached I found that the "Pizza Tracker" changed to 6:31pm expected delivery and the pizza arrived at about 6:20pm and when I asked why it took long, I got a very unapologetic "we were busy" as the driver (who I tipped 18%) walked away. As I finally got to sitting down to my pizza, I found that the "Pepperoni Lover's" pizza I paid for came to me looking like the attached with 2 slices of pepperoni per slice which seemed awfully similar to my regular pepperoni pizza's I've ordered in the past. When I sent a complaint through the website and got a quick reply apologizing and saying someone from this location would contact me within 3 days. Obviously, it's a lot later than 3 days with no contact from this location, no excuse for why I was overcharged and underdelivered. I used to get pizza here about once a week but I will NOT be going back to Pizza Hut in the future, there are too many other options out there to get poor service, overcharging and late delivery. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS PLACE... Keep your money and buy from a customer friendly...

Called in an order to Pizza Hut, I had a coupon for a Cheese in Crust Pizza, large, for $12.99. Yasmine was who took the call. She hung up on me, in error I assume, the first time. But I called back and got her again. I asked if she could honor the coupon on delivery, or was it just pick up. She stated that she could do the Coupon price. Provided her my order and gave her a credit card to pay for it. When the pizza was delivered the total was $17.31. Not $12.99 as she stated. In my humble opinion it is bad policy to charge more than was stated. I never got the total from Yasmine after I ordered and gave her the card. I would recommend finding another place to do business. There are a lot of options here in the Lake Arlington area. The delivery was fast, the driver very friendly and courteous, just the over charging is why a one star review today. Update: Samantha, who identifies herself as a Manager stated there is a $3.99 delivery charge. That was NOT disclosed on the phone, I specifically ask Yasmine if delivery was the same price as carry out, no other charges, she said yes. I would recommend that Pizza Hut put that $4 in there back pocket for when they need it, I will not set foot in a...

So I’ve been using this exact Pizza Hut for the last 20 years atleast. However over the last 2 years they have completely killed Pizza Hut for me. I will NEVER order from them again even though they’re my favorite pizza. No pizza is worth what this Pizza Hut puts you through. The last 5 times ( no joke) i was sent to a call center first. And after the call center either couldn’t understand me or i couldn’t understand them every time they tried to rip me off. When i called them out on something being wrong with the same exact same pizza that i had ordered just two days before being an extra $8 today they person would “put me through to their boss” and three different times today with three different people i was forwarded to a non stop ringing phone. all three times i waited over a legitimate 10 minutes. The last time i waited 16 mins just so i could complain but never once reached someone to talk to. Thank god there’s a dominoes just down the street from them.
