Went for a birthday dinner and some bowling and The Alley did not disappoint! A cozy bar and restaurant with six lanes for bowling and an outside patio with tables and umbrellas. The windows between the tables and the lanes kept out all the noise of the alley but if you kept it open you could talk to the bowlers and pass drinks like we did. Staff was friendly, and the food was better than I expected! Salad was fresh and crisp, the chicken strips were cooked just right, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The kids had a great time as well, with bumpers and ramps if they want them. Bathrooms were clean too (10/10 would pee here again)!

First time here since this changed owners and names. It's now The Alley. Menu only changed a little bit (that I could tell) and the atmosphere is just as it always has been. Super laid back. Staff was quick, friendly and the food was good.. Side salads were fresh looking. French fries are a highlight for us and they didn't disappoint. Good for burgers, pizza and sandwiches.

We LOVE you guys and this small town feel is awesome. Your $10 bacon cheeseburger with fries for the street fair ..... Awesome deal and rocked....!!!!! However, please put prices on your drink menu. We would drink a lot more if we knew the prices. We hope this is constructive advice because we love you guys!!!

Located at 420 N Olympic Ave in Arlington, WA, The Alley Bar & Grill is a gritty, hard-hitting bowling alley that roars with raw power and bold flavors, built for tough guys who live for a challenge. This ain’t no soft spot—six battle-scarred wooden lanes dare you to step up, lit by 18 recessed can lights that blaze down like a spotlight on a heavyweight ring, casting a fierce glow over a space that’s all muscle and grit. The vibe is pure, unfiltered testosterone: the crack of pins, the growl of laughter, and the clink of cold beers make this place a fortress of brotherhood. The food here is a gut-punch of satisfaction, crafted for warriors who don’t mess with frills. Their burgers, hand-formed and grilled to perfection, are a meaty beast—sink your teeth into a bacon cheeseburger that’s dripping with primal juiciness, paired with fries that crunch like a knockout blow. The chicken strips are a rugged bite of tender, crispy glory, while the mozzarella sticks ooze with cheesy defiance, daring you to stop at just one. For the real tough guys, the wings come in hot, packing a fiery punch that’ll test your mettle and leave you sweating like you just bowled a perfect 300. Locals swear by the BLT, a no-nonsense classic that delivers every time with fresh, bold bites. The bar is the heart of this beast, those 18 can lights making every drink look like a trophy. Pound a Mai Tai—a local legend—or grip a craft beer as you watch the action through the windows between the dining area and lanes, passing brews to your crew like ammo in a firefight. The staff, like the tough-as-nails Katie, are the kind of crew you want in your corner, serving up cold ones and hard-earned respect with every pour. With bumpers and ramps for the young bloods and a patio for when you need to step out and breathe, The Alley Bar & Grill is a fortress where tough guys come to dominate the lanes and the table. Call 360-435-8600 to claim your spot, and step into this Arlington stronghold ready to strike hard...

Small bowling alley + small town = nostalgic bowling. Small. Cute. Quaint. It's about as old school as it gets outside of a pterodactyl setting pins while a badger runs your ball back to you. But ya know what? That's kind of cool to me!

You have to keep your own score on a sheet of paper - remaining pins light on above the pins on a old school wall. Scores can be held under a small projector that would essentially light it up on a screen above the lane. The ball return is above ground which is pretty cool to watch how a ball return works.

There are only a few lanes (like 6) and the lanes aren't very well kept, no wax what so ever so straight bowling is pretty much the only style you can run with. The food wasn't any better than any other bowling alley or hole in the wall bar food. The nachos were dried up with cheese so if you take one chip, 15 other chips follow. The wings were decent of if you like it drenched in sauce. The hot was pretty darn hot though. $5 for a pitcher of soda isn't refillable either.

Is it my first choice to bowl? Definitely not, but due to lack of options within a 25 mile radius it brought me back to a time when days and bowling was simple. It was a fun experience overall but because I take my bowling rather seriously - I would enjoy the amenities of the modern day bowling...

This place has THE BEST food! Let me tell you starting with their appetizers... the pot stickers onion rings and chicken wings are just a hint of how good your whole meal is going to be. I could order just from their appetizer menu alone and be very happy! Let's not stop there though.. Soup or salad? The homemade clam chowder they serve is a close 2nd to what my dad made after clamming every season.. So so good! The caesar salad is perfect to have with it if you're only having soup and salad... But that'd be a shame if you're at Rocket Alley...You can have pizza.. Try the Avitor... Enough said! (Or create your own pizza) You won't be calling anyone for delivery anymore. Back to their menu, I love love love their french dip sandwich with their sweet BBQ sauce, they have a spicy as well.. The sandwich is pretty big and comes with fries.. Their Ruben sand is phenomenal! Lots more sandwiches and wraps to choose from, or create your own sandwich Burgers? At least a dozen or more to choose from... Something for everyone! They also serve prawns, cod, clam strips... Yum!!! And when you're stuffed full and filled with regrets you can burn off some of that meal by bowling a few frames because you just ate this delicious meal in a...
