Stopped at Rutters to get some things then went to Arbys. When we walked in I noticed a couple people that were also is Rutters. We got in line with them and waited over 5 minutes and there was no one taking orders. After accessing how long it may be before we got to order and got our food, we left and went back to Rutters to get food. After we order we saw the people that were in front of us at Arbys walk in and order at Rutters. I’d say they waited almost 15 minutes at Arbys and no one took their order. While we were at Arbys waiting no one said anything to us or came over to say anything. While waiting we watched about 5 employees, 3 in the prep area and 2 in the serving area. They seemed confused and really not that busy doing anything. Next time we’ll likely skip trying to go to Arbys and just order at Rutters.
It's been over a week and I have heard anything. The only response I received is the standard response sent to everyone.
Received an online survey from Arby's a few weeks ago that I filled out. Today I received, via mail, two coupons for free meals at Arby's.
During the entire interaction with Arby's, not a single person from Arby's has responded. So I guess the offer of two meals is the company way to say, here you go,...
Read moreMy boyfriend lives an hour and 20 minutes away from me. Milroy is kind of our in-between, middle ground. This is my usual stop to get gas (Since Rutter's is connected) and get some grub on my way back home if I'm hungry. Everyone is always very friendly and I always am there right after they deal with someone rude (I always hear the attitude from the customer. They cut them off, they demand certain things instead of asking, etc). They always handle it with grace. As I was leaving today I told the person back in the kitchen that the sandwich they made me was very good, and I thanked her for it. I could see her pause what she was doing as she made sure she heard me correctly. She thanked me for thanking her and wished me a great day. All they ever hear are complaints. But these people are trying their best with the cards they have been dealt. They are short staffed and typically busier than most fast food places due to Rutter's being right next door. They are amazing, and rockstars! Thank you for all that you are doing! Keep up...
Read moreWhen my comrades and I entered the restaurant in question, there was no one to be seen. We stood at the front of said Arby’s for approximately 5 minutes before calling out. The cry for nourishment fell on deaf ears. Finally after 10 minutes the smartest of our group decided to ring up the Arby’s in the hopes one would come to the front to answer the phone. When one appeared , 3 more followed. All four employees then scrambled around, as if shocked to see human beings in their place of vocation. The individual taking our order struggled deeply with the printing machinery. She spoke openly about her feelings on the matter eloquently stating “this stupid thing is being weird”. The food was cold but relatively scrumptious. 2/5
