I came in today, and one of the customers was extremely rude to this young lady with glasses and piercings. I couldn’t find corporate number to not make a complaint but to contradict a customers complaint as I witnessed the customer be extremely rude then follow the employee out to their vehicle and take pictures of them and their vehicle bashing them online and posting them. So please ensure your employee knows they handled it well and I’m sorry they had to deal with the Karen! Update- as your employee left work the woman also followed her taking pictures and swerved her own vehicle st your worker in their vehicle. I seen a post on facebook but it has been deleted from Casey coulter. Sorry for any inconvenience it would just be wrong letting some lady possibly getting your employees...
Read moreI went and got two sandwiches for my kids for lunch and they didn’t even cook the bacon at all. I’ve never had to ask them to cook the bacon at any other subway I’ve went to and I wasn’t paying attention so I didn’t realize she didn’t cook it until I already brought it to my kids to eat who in the in the right mind likes cold not warmed soggy bacon that’s disgusting Worst subway I’ve ever been to and I even tipped the lady would’ve taken 20 seconds to warm the bacon up. Read moreI've been coming to this Subway for years, and until this evening my experience has always been great, but tonight I entered and the kid behind the counter ran to the register, did whatever he needed to do to stop the beeping, so I waited, then a kid came from the back, and walked right past me, and up a ladder, then the first kid proceeded to make sandwiches that I'm assuming were an order that had the register beeping....I stood there, and stood there, never once an acknowledgement that I'm there...RUDE...AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...... needless to say...I walked out...wont ever come back..there are 3 other subways in the arnold area...keep up the horrible service,...you'll be the next...
