This is a good shop. They have a nice selection of devices and juices-better than most shops I have been to. They don’t have a sign so it’s a little hard to find but it’s connected to this hardware store. My favorite juice is the Bad Drip Butter ecig juice. I vape a 6 milligram and that’s what I get every 3 weeks when I come in. This last time though, they had new packaging. I asked the associate for my usual bad drip butter in 6 milligram but he handed me a 0 milligram by accident. I understand mistakes happen but once you open the juice they won’t let you return or exchange it. I should have checked it before paying but I didn’t. After I used the juice I noticed there was not any nicotine in it. I was able to get in contact with I assume the manager and asked if I could have it swapped out for a 6. He said he could work it out and told me to come in after 5 the next day. So I did that and he wasn’t there but the associate that sold me the 0 mg was and I explained to him the situation. He got the manager on the phone and gave it to me. He was talking about putting a 6 mg in my juice, I had no idea what he was talking about so I was really frustrated at that point and just left the 0 mg on the counter and picked up the 6mg and walked out, turned around, walked back in and waited for the manager to get there. He arrived a minute later (I few minutes after 5pm, I got there 20 minutes before 5pm because I was already near there and I live 15 min away) and he pulled a packet from behind the counter that had these little tubes inside. He proceeded to open them and pour them into my juice. I have never seen those before so I asked what they were and he said their bottles of nicotine that he was putting into my juice to turn it into a 6 mg. I wish he had just told me about that product when we spoke the day before so I could have just went in and got it myself instead of having to wait 24 hours and avoided all the confusion. I really hope these shops will start to hire women. I have never seen 1 woman in any shop that I have been to in 8 years of vaping and most of the workers at these shops are very young men that do not pay attention to their customers much at all and do not seem very knowledgeable about the products. This is not the first time I have received trouble from a vape shop but atleast for the first time one of the associates...

Went there for the first time last night, it was frigid cold out and snowing. I asked if they carried kratom, which they do, and the guy working explained the different kinds/sizes/prices. I was only wanting to buy a small amount and he agreed to sell me 60 grams for a very reasonable price. I went to pull out my card and, whudda you know? Can’t find it!!! I look everywhere, tore apart my car, retraced my steps and NOTHING. I figured it was on the ground somewhere back at my house, notta clue, and I didn’t have enough cash on me to cover the total. He accepted the small amount of cash I did have on me and then manually entered my cash app card number to cover the rest since I did have some money on there...with all of that I still ended up around $4 short but, he decided to cut me a break. He accepted what I had and gave me the kratom. Wow! Was not expecting anything like that at all!! Never had something like this happen before and it really made my night. He could’ve not cared at all because it was my own damn fault and I would’ve went on my merry way. Instead, he was super cool and ridiculously helpful and, as a result, I’ll be returning to this establishment and plan on going there often. With service like that how could you not? Not that I will make a habit out of losing my card...I really hope not lol! Plus, this place is super clean and organized, there’s a nice, well-lit parking lot with ample spaces and well, I can vouch for their prices being more than fair! (Edit) TRUST THE OTHER REVIEWS and also Im not making assumptions people say they bought vape juice from you that's YEARS OUT OF DATE and also I looked back at the Facebook post and I see you changed the listing to take off the 100% authentic so that clearly means you know you that you guys are scammers and untrustworthy (also spell my name name right next time because that just makes you look unprofessional and backs up my claim) (This is the original that review that I posted) I went to this store to get a product after calling and confirming with the lady at the front desk that it is real. Keep in mind that on Facebook the owner has it listed as 100% real and honestly the quality of a fake was just a slap in the face. This also at this point I'm wondering if the vape juice they sell is even clean or if the batteries are legit and if they are just so you know the lady at the front desk will sit there and blame you.
