Arty Express — Restaurant in Arvada

Update from 6/7/25: Brought my mom in for lunch. Ate another Arty Style Double. Mom got the West Coast Style Chicken. Shared fries. The fries are so good. The chicken is amazing too. Got another bread pudding. Mom and I agree it's the best bread pudding we've ever tasted. Thanks Drew, Butch, Eric, and Blake (I think his name was Blake) for making my Mom feel welcome. I'll be back soon.

Update from 6/5/25: Came back today for lunch. Parking was easy. Plenty of seating. Super good music playing. Fairly quiet. Got the West Coast Style double with fries. Obliterated it with my face. Got the Bread Pudding. Had childhood nostalgia wash over me, leaving me completely stunned by the notion that this may be the best bread pudding I've ever had.

I can't wait to take all my friends and family here whenever we're hanging out and hungry. This place RULES. Huge thanks to Drew and Butch for being awesome.

Original Review from 6/4/25: Folks, go to Arty's right now. Ignore the time you spend parking. Ignore the time you may spend finding a seat. Ignore that it's a solid brewery with a burger joint inside it. Go to the bar. Order a bev. Order a burger. Eat the burger.

Arty's burgers are, without a doubt, absolutely flippin' excellent. I haven't had a better burger in a restaurant in so long, I can't even think of the last time it was this fantastic.

All the 1 star reviews are people who don't get it. They just don't. No hate on them, but they did something wrong, I guarantee it.

Arty's is a top 5 all-time burger for me, and I worked in a gourmet burger joint in college. This burger was so good I'd fight someone for talking smack on it.

I ordered my burger. Arty Style. Double. No fries. I ate it. It was flawless. I ordered another burger. The American Wit. Double. No fries. Total. Total. Total Providence. A near-sacred burger experience that should be treated with respect.

Burgers were phenomenal! We came here at 7 pm on a Friday and didn’t have to wait long for our burgers. The staff was super sweet and helpful too!

The burgers are absolutely in my top five Denver burgers—I did a West Coast with no bun and it’s probably the best seasoned burger I’ve had. My boyfriend got the Arty and not only were the toppings delicious, but the bread was perfectly baked giving you the ultimate burger experience.

My main recommendation is to get a double patty if you do a bun because the bun is pretty thick! I could easily see a single patty getting lost in the bun.

Also, make sure to get extra sauce for your fries!!

The burger itself was pretty good but the overall experience unfortunately took away from the enjoyment. BE PREPARED TO WAIT 1+ HOUR FOR FOOD. We noticed orders going out of order, and general inefficiencies in the kitchen.

I understand that they recently blew up in popularity which is great for them, but the poor management of it doesn’t make me want to go back. IMO, it feels like the hype isn’t matched by the service quality right now and was disappointing.

If you really want to check it out, I’d recommend to go during a quiet weekday or maybe when other reviews mention shorter...
