EL JEFE TACOS AND BURRITOS — Restaurant in Arvada

This time we ordered just some rice beans and green chili. It was an unbelievably small amount about $15. The guy at the counter was exasperatedly impatient with us as we were deciding what to get; constantly huffing and puffing while fidgeting and constantly looking over to the next room but the kitchen where he came from when we came in. Exceptionally rude! Even with the small and simple order he nearly managed to screw that all up. I guess I should have opened and looked at the order because it seemed rather light, and when we did look at it there may have been just enough for a single moderately fat burrito. We managed to split it into two burritos but neither of us was satisfied nor was it really very good tasting. At this point I don't think I will ever go back there nor would I recommend the place to anyone. A huge waste of money and time. Also, their quarter game slides faster than others, which I came to discover results in more quarters stacking inconveniently which then diminishes on a large scale the number of quarters you can get to push the pile down to win any back or the prizes rolls and dollars. So to wrap up, they are shysters, poor cooks, with unreasonably small portions at an extremely inflated price. DON'T GO HERE AND TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE. Below is an experience we had a few months back before summer that I seem to have never finished or posted: Don't go at lunchtime on School days; you will be inundated with high school kids. The lady who took our order argued with us about our meal item being on a deal for two of them even though they were part of it, also she must go through a bottle of her perfume every week; pee yuck. The worst breakfast burrito I have ever had. Absolutely no flavor. I asked for a side hash browns and a large Dr Pepper in addition to my burrito. I did not get the hash browns and I got a can of Dr Pepper not a large Dr Pepper. I paid over $14.00 for a breakfast that was not worth even a $1.00. Whomever made this breakfast this morning, should be disgusted with themselves. You have no business cooking food or making any kind of food. I’ve had some pretty nasty food in my life but this “burrito “ was horrendous. This was a bland concoction of nothing. No flavor Nothing. Even the chili that the burrito was barely smothered with was tasteless and bland. I understand I ordered mild, but this wasn’t even close to mild. It was bland watery nasty. I hadn't ate at this spot in awhile and hoped it would be as good as I remembered and so I ordered through door dash and so there was a mix up between driver and restaurant which happens sometimes. Trust me it's forgiveable and once I called and every was explained it made sense so the service gets 5 stars. now to the best part of this experience the food. Man this breakfast burrito is bomb I ordered the double meat. It did not disappoint the green chili sauce inside was fantastic and I am glad I ordered this today. I definitely recommend the breakfast burrito the size of the burrito is worth the price and the price isn't that bad at all around 10 dollars again worth it in my opinion.
