Blackjack Pizza & Salads Arvada 64th & Simms — Restaurant in Arvada

Pizza is decent. This review is about my strange ordering experience.

My husband placed an order online but did not receive an email confirmation as the website claimed so I called the store to confirm the order was received. Thankfully, it had been abs by then the person that answer confirmed it was out for delivery. Hooray!

Pizza is then delivered, we eat, all good. Except 90min later I got a strange call from I assume the store manager. She called to tell me that the store credit they had generated for me from comping my entire order was too generous and she was going to have to reduce that 6 digit code she’d provided me to be a 20% off a future order instead. After I listened to her odd story, I informed her I had no idea what store credit she was talking about and I think she’s mistaken. She stated my name and repeated my credit was being changed. I then repeated that I had no idea what she was talking about and my order had been delivered correctly and I wasn’t aware of any credit. She then said that was weird and hung up.

First, it’s incredibly bizarre (and comical) for a manager to call and reduce a credit at all but then to argue with me that she’d spoken to me earlier was even odder. Hopefully just a glitch in their order...

I called this store asking for the pizza deals the employee on the phone tells me there is no deals on pizza just salads so after getting lied to and then charged 58 dollars i look on my black jack app to find there is a lot of deals and i could have saved money with one of the family deals, so i call the store back asking for a manager he then tells me the same story that there is no pizza deals i then tell him about the deals on my pone app which he quickly replies to as they are not allowed to tell me about these deals and i have to inform him about the family deal to get it. now in my opinion this is a horrible way to conduct businesses with customers it takes a lifetime to earn a customer and just on second to loose one i think with these kind of businesses practices i will take my money and time somewhere i am not lied to and more appreciated. in the end the manager did get me the family deal and refunded the first order and recharged the second order now i have money floating on my card that i should not have happened but now i know this company is not about customer service but the...

i order online and on the web and email confirmation say 45 min wait for been delivered but is 2 hours and no pizza i call to see if my order is under way they say in 15 min and nothing i call again after 20 min amd then it say is the manager say is under way i wait 25 min and nothing now is 2 hours and no pizza i call the store and the manager say i speek with 15 min ago i told him i have recorded conversation and time track on my phone he dont believe bit I'm happy to realse the conversation with any one i call the corporate and i have the voice mail of a coordinator of black jack this company is a joke they say one time and they dont honor the time they try to blaim the wheater amd they short staff i live 15 min driving away from that store if they blame thw wheather the time driving in bad wheather is 20 min but they dont care pizza come 2 hours and 20 min later and they are cold i have to reheat the pizza and my family wait to eat 2 hours and 45 min that is ridiculous black jack staff and manager and corporate dont care for the customer they only care to charge the customers and...
