Kelsie Carr - that new guy is the OWNER! He started his training at the beginning of January with the previous awesome owner Anthony, and is still completely clueless. He is so slow, as is his wife who also works there from time to time, and they always make my smoothie wrong. And the wait time on Saturday is miserable! Danika, Miranda and Jessica are wonderful, and are keeping things going, but two of the girls have already quit and the other one says she'll be leaving soon.

Worst service & employees ever! Terrible experience. So that I did not have to deal with their people, I decided to download their app for faster ordering and today as I picked up my drinks, 15 minutes later from ordering, drinks were not made, I got a nastiest attitude from the teenage girl running the place, who proceeded to make my drink by slamming all ingredients around. When she went to the back room to add the spinach, she came back with a grin on her face, her and the other girl giggle with mischief, to the point I am sitting here with fear of consuming them because I would not doubt she at least spit on them... Never open at 7 as listed on the window out front..... Looks like the place has worsened as years progress. Smoothies are geat, however service comes first. Unfortunate when you show up at 7 am. Wait 7 minutes to get in. And don't leave till 7:14 Not ideal when I need to be somewhere at 7:15(edit) nearly a year later nothing has changed with this place. I show up 5 minutes before work and to no surprise he has people waiting in a line while he's doing whatever In the back. This place has no real version of service You either get lucky or leave cause you don't have 20 minutes to wait for this guy to do his job. Hope this place gets new owners so I can actually enjoy...
