QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Arvada

I've been to many Qdobas and I have to say that this one is the worst. They always rush you to get your order and are rude to us very often. Today we went in and there was nobody there to make our food. After a while a line began to form and we had to call the store and yell in order to get somebody to come out. It would be a different story if there was only one person working, which is what I thought at first when only a guy came out, but then about a minute later a girl came out and washed her hands in the sink. I dont want to know what was going on back there, but it is ridiculous that we had to wait for someone to come out and make our food when we were one of the first people in line. This is only the most recent bad experience I have had of many. The only reason I put up with the consistent bad service is because of how close it is to my house, but it is safe to say that I will not be going back. My advice is to drive an extra 10 minutes and go to a Qdoba that isn't run by rude teenagers. Stay away...

Very disappointing experience ordering delivery through Qdoba. We ordered a Family meal plus an extra side of chips/salsa. The driver only delivered 1/4 of our order (1 bag of chips & the salsa/cheese). We called the store and they indicated the rest of the order was sitting at their store and we could come pick it up - they blamed the DoorDash driver and refused to provide any assistance in correcting. I called the driver and he said Qdoba told him it was the entire order but agreed to return to the store to get the rest.

Once we got the second delivery, the meal was still disappointing compared to other times we've ordered from Qdoba. The order was missing one bag of chips, the chicken was overcooked and cold, and the beans were...

They must've been short a person today, or maybe the cashier was really tired. As I waited in line to place my order, I noticed a clumsy woman who had dropped her order near the fountain drink machine. Once my order was ready, the cashier was cleaning up the mess the clumsy woman had made while my food sat there getting cold. I was okay with that, but this cashier had no sense of urgency...at all...I felt like she even moved slower than she normally does. Maybe she just had an injury or wanted to prove a point. Nonetheless, she rubbed me the wrong way, and I didn't really have time to complain to a manager, so here I am, writing a negative review.
