I once walked in after my ordering app put it as pick up and not delivery. I walked in and the lady behind the desk just gestured to a bag on a table that I should have looked at more closely but didn't due to my incorrect assumption it was mine. When I brought back the order the same woman treated me like I was stupid and asked me if I could read in an incredulous tone that was wholly unnecessary, even if I didn't know how to read it was the responsibility of the person behind the desk to make sure the order got to the right person. It's your responsibility to make sure I was the one who the bag was for and failed to do so. How am I supposed to know that an order was mine when the hostess could have asked my name instead of gesturing to a bag on a table. I won't be coming back due to the rude way the staff treated me. I know it's inconsequential to this business that they lose my business. I don't support business who treat their customers who make mistakes as if...
Read moreI've been going to Tea Garden for yours. Recently I ordered online through Uber because I live about 25 minutes away. Specifically I ordered two orders of dumplings which is 12 individual dumplings and I made a large all capital notes with even emojis for extra dumpling sauce. So now I had 12 dumplings dry with no flavor and no sauce. They need to take more care to pay attention to the orders coming in online if they're going to take online orders. I was so disappointed and annoyed that I don't know I'll be ordering again....
