I once walked in after my ordering app put it as pick up and not delivery. I walked in and the lady behind the desk just gestured to a bag on a table that I should have looked at more closely but didn't due to my incorrect assumption it was mine. When I brought back the order the same woman treated me like I was stupid and asked me if I could read in an incredulous tone that was wholly unnecessary, even if I didn't know how to read it was the responsibility of the person behind the desk to make sure the order got to the right person. It's your responsibility to make sure I was the one who the bag was for and failed to do so. How am I supposed to know that an order was mine when the hostess could have asked my name instead of gesturing to a bag on a table. I won't be coming back due to the rude way the staff treated me. I know it's inconsequential to this business that they lose my business. I don't support business who treat their customers who make mistakes as if...

I've been going to Tea Garden for yours. Recently I ordered online through Uber because I live about 25 minutes away. Specifically I ordered two orders of dumplings which is 12 individual dumplings and I made a large all capital notes with even emojis for extra dumpling sauce. They only gave me one tiny little container that wasn't even enough for one serving and it was the entire reason I ordered from this restaurant. That dumpling sauce is the reason I come to the restaurant and they didn't bother to provide extra and by the time I got the order they were already closed and the next day Monday they were closed as well. So now I had 12 dumplings dry with no flavor and no sauce. They need to take more care to pay attention to the orders coming in online if they're going to take online orders. I was so disappointed and annoyed that I don't know I'll be ordering again....

If you haven’t lived on the east coast or the west coast of the US, you most likely don’t know what it’s like to have 90% of the Chinese food restaurants in your town be good if not great. Doesn’t matter if it’s fine dining or strip mall, it’s usually great. Since moving to Colorado 12 years ago, we haven’t been able to find something that even remotely compares. Tonight, that changed. We’ve had some great loss this month and to say this food was exactly what we needed is an understatement. My family sat around and ate and watched Seinfeld and I felt like I was back at my childhood home in New Jersey. I’m actually kind of emotional about it. This is the only place we will get Chinese from here on out. So grateful to have finally found some east coast style Chinese food!...

Some dishes are better, otherwise okay in general. The Eggplant with Tofu was best out of the 6 dishes we tried, the other eggplant dish also better than other. Beef Chow fun was next. Moo Shu and Kung Pao was so so, the combination with Garlic sauce was great disappointment. Their eggplant dishes was surprising good specially the eggplant with tofu, the seasoning was right. The fired tofu adds great favor to the eggplant. One of better Chinese food in Arvada, but still not as good as some in the Aurora area. The Combination with Garlic sauce had way too vinegar so it was way off the taste. Moo Shu also a bit off taste, like most Chinese restaurant nowadays used to tortilla as wrap.

We were excited to try this place based on all the excellent reviews, but were unfortunately disappointed. The service was decent. The food left much to be desired. The crab rangoons were basic, not amazing as people described in previous reviews. We ordered general tso chicken, which had no spice, despite being labeled as spicy in the menu. We also tried the pineapple chicken, which smelled like a combo of Frank's red hot and sweet and sour sauce. The best part of the meal was the hot tea, served at the beginning of the meal.

Great little spot tucked on the side of a nice residential area. The dishes were presented very nicely and the staff was great. However, I felt each dish was lacking. I could not tell the difference in the Beef and Broccoli that my kids order and the Hunan Beef that I got other than the pepper flakes. The chow fun OK, but rather plain. I was hoping for more individualized tastes between the dishes. I guess I will have to keep looking. Still a nice place to get good food. Just done get your hopes up and it'll be fine.
