Starbucks — Restaurant in Arvada

(updating post) While i wait for an appointment sipping my Starbucks i skimmed thru reviews and wow..... Most of the negative reviews make some reference regarding the older guy with the little pony tail.... Some go back 3 years so this is enough for me to accept it's time to move on permanently no matter how convenient the location is. This Starbucks could care less about customers(the only reason they exist is literally because of customers DUH!) Either this man is the manager or the manager condones his behavior towards customers and has for years. Either way in not giving one more cent of my hard earned money to this Starbucks and i do suggest to the good employees who appreciate the customers move on this place does you no justice. Plus i doubt this Starbucks survives once the new ZIGGY'S OPENS UP 2 BLOCKS AWAY. CAN'T WAIT! 😁✌️ ---(end of update)

I was not happy with my drink so I went inside to have it remade and the young lady at the register was accommodating, professional, she remade my drink perfectly and I left happy! I forgot to get her name but if it matters it was about 12:45 p.m. today. I actually would have given 5 stars if the older man at the drive+thru didn't tell me mobile orders usually take about 10 minutes to come thru.....i know that's a huge exaggeration. Because I consistently only order this way since it's been a thing and this is the only location I've ever visited that it seems to bother someone. In fact it's never even been mentioned at one other Starbucks and I regularly visit numerous locations across town. The man has just always been so obviously annoyed by it otherwise why would he feel the need to comment every single time. Those are the times I DO NOT TIP so maybe he should at least consider his coworkers before saying things that a customer may be put off by. Just...

This store has been my go to for two years. I order an iced coffee with extra heavy cream and 10 pumps classic. They never put that many pumps but I ask for that many because they never add any to my cup. Every time, I mean every time my coffee is awful. It’s never what I ordered. Today was the final straw, I asked for some liquid sweetener in a cup so they wouldn’t have remake my entire coffee again. They weren’t happy. I kept going to this store in the hopes things would change but this makes the 23 out of 25 times I had to wait to drink until I got home and sweetened it. It was obvious today while they were rude that my business isn’t needed at Starbucks so with a broken heart I will have to find another coffee shop. There’s another Starbucks five minutes away on Kipling…….go to that one.

Update….decided to try this location again….. shouldn’t have. I’ve tried to be loyal. It can’t be that hard to put cream and sweetener in a coffee. Apparently it’s harder than one might think, they didn’t even attempt to put any sweetener in my coffee. Just gonna be loyal to...

Love my local Starbucks. The staff is super friendly & easily remembers your family drink if you go often. Drive through can be quick or have a long line. It's usually only up to a 5 minute wait if the line is at full capacity. The guys & ladies here are quick & efficient. Drinks always come out super delicious. Cafe mocha, breve bombs w/a splash of vanilla, coffee w/vanilla, & cookie crumble frappuccinos are awesome! Must try the cookie crumble frappys! Addictive, seriously! Accepted a strawberry, graham, & whipped topping frappy last week after an extra was made. It was sooo delicious & smooth! I didn't know what the drink was called but it has just the right amount of flavor, then includes starwberries. Overall the drinks & staff here are all wonderful. So many different things to try & you can create your own personal fave or change one thats on the menu. Snacks & little menu items are always fresh & delicious. Easy to make drinks keto friendly here too. Dine in & mobile order pick up...
