I love pulled pork. When I saw it on the menu I couldn't wait to order it. It said it was spicy and I do not do spicy! I thought if I take off the pepper jack cheese it would help and I ordered a few more toppings just in case it needed extra to tone down the spice. OMG!!Before I even opened the box you could smell "HOT"! I VENTURED IN AND TOOK 1 SLICE. I SPIT IT OUT AS FAST AS I COULD . BY THAT TIME MY MOUTH, TONGUE AND LIPS WERE ON FIRE. THAT WAS NOT SPICY THAT WAS FIREHOUSE, ALL THE HOTTEST SAUCES AND BLENDS IN THE WORLD. SOMEBODY PUT THEM ON THAT PIZZA!! AND I HAD TO PAY FOR IT!! My order was correct and everything tasted the way it was supposed to. I made a pickup order on a Friday night and headed over on my way home from work. I knew I would probably get there before my order was ready, so once I arrived I let them know I was there and took a seat. This location is disorganized and not well laid out. The shelf where completed orders are placed is around a corner from the cashier, so it's not visible to the people waiting and not easily accessible to the cashier. The cashier was obviously new and not ready to be by herself at the register on such a busy night and seemed to be getting overwhelmed. Since the finished orders were out of sight, I don't actually know how long my order was ready before I got up to ask...

Ordered pizza and drove from Liberty to pick it up. My son went to pick up the order and all he was told was the power went out 6 minutes ago but we ordered over 30 minutes prior. The timing doesn’t seem right. So I called and spoke with the manager Jamie and all she kept repeating was that the system wasn’t coming back up and they couldn’t do anything right now. Does this location not have a back up way for payments nor paper to write orders down to be entered when the system came back on? I thanked her and immediately placed an order for the Randleman location. Three stars as it was no one’s fault the power went out but the time frame was not matching, no alternatives were offered and the customer is sent away...
