Almost got scammed today by older Hispanic gentleman. I came to the store a few days prior to inquire about the cost of the promo to transfer line in to get the iPhone 11. The associate from earlier in the week quoted a price ($170) and so I came today prepared to spend that amount. When I arrived I told the older gentleman everything I wanted and what I was planning to spend.. we finish acp process, transfer line over and he somehow fixes the price $40 over the original quote. Felipe is always hard to deal with. He’s always the only person there and gives you an attitude. Was on the phone trying to contact Verizon to send a pin and he got in the conversation giving an attitude. We told him we’d come back tomorrow for the 2nd time because the 1st time he said it’ll take an hour and they were about to close yet we went to another metro in Salisbury and the lady was quick and got it done in 15 min. Today when we went we told him we’d be back tomorrow because we had to get to work and then he gave us an attitude and told us whatever and shrugged saying you should’ve called from the other phone and all extra things.
