Look elsewhere. Got meatball sub, bread loaf, Stromboli and Stuffed Manicotti. Everything was terrible. Manicotti was soggy pasta, not even close to al dente. Seems it sat i. Boiling water all night. The cheeses in everything were scant and low on flavor profile, so obviously cheap cheese. Texture in crusts was terrible. Stromboli got soggy and had very very little meats. Stingy with their toppings. Sauces in all the items we got tasted bland and from a jar. Where was the garlic and spices? Not here. Dressing tasted bottled as well. Bread was boring like a grocery store makes. Sadly disappointed drove 25 min to get it and this as a fathers day surprise too. Going back to Strada or Standard Pizza. Or better yet, make myself. This is 100% the best pizza in all of Asheville. Italian style pizza. Do yourself a favor just try the cheese pizza, that's always the best way to rate a pizza. I called the owner told him I was looking for a good pizza and even the Italian restaurants in town don't have pizza. He said he promised he'd make me the best pizza I've ever had and the man kept his word. You charged me $13 for the largest cheese pizza he could make. I gave the man $40 because he earned it and he kept his word about it being literally the best pizza I've ever had in Asheville North carolina. The pizza here was a complete disappointment, but the worst part was how the owner and her son treated me. The pizza was cold, greasy, and missing half the toppings I ordered. When I pointed this out, the owner rolled her eyes and said, ‘It’s just pizza. Stop being dramatic.’ Her son joined in, saying, ‘What do you expect from a place like this?’ I was shocked by their rudeness. They made me feel like I was the problem for wanting what I paid for.
