KFC — Restaurant in Asheville

This KFC has a Buffet which I have never seen before in a KFC. Sorry if it's normal to you but I thought it was a very unique feature! The staff is AMAZING! they are very friendly, and both times I have been, we were overcompensated from something small! The first time, a counter worker said it would be 10 minutes for more of the chicken type we wanted, but within a minute, the manager had our food ready. We were just a little confused because we thought the original recipe was short a few pieces and that's why we needed to wait 10 minutes. So the manager said that's fine if you guys want to wait for the fresher chicken and for the confusion here are some drinks while you wait. He didn't stop there, he also through in a dish of okra and two raspberry pie desserts since the buffet was coming down! The second time, we would have had to wait 10 minutes because our meal was 1 biscuit short (I thought it was 2 biscuits short so I asked if I could just get a side instead). She gave 2 extra cookies and the extra side and another piece of chicken! This KFC staff knows the importance of customers, and to be treated more than fair from not only a manager, but a crew member as well let's me know this KFC is one of the best! Hands down, the best KFC I have ever been to! Thanks for making our experience great! I would like to add we have came in closer to closing time both visits, I don't want anyone to think they're regularly out if food and you have to wait every time! I was angry with them a few nights ago because we were overcharged and we didn't get exactly what we ordered. However, the next day they made it up to us. I was also going to buy a meal for myself but they insisted giving it to me too. I was pleasantly amazed. Now you know what that means? It means I'll be back out there over and over again for more KFC. Besides, you have to admit it: their chicken, slaw, mac and cheese, chicken pies, and other foods are delicious.

JUNE 3,2022. OK, I just ordered a 3-piece meal with two sides at 800 Fairview Rd, next to River Ridge. The chicken was promised to be 2 breasts and a wing, with two sides...slaw and macaroni and cheese. Price, $10.69. I didn't have time to stop and see if the order was correct. IT WAS NOT! I got a family chicken meal last night and the chicken was not good it tasted like it was Fried more then once it was dry could not eat it and I was not about to drive all the way back across town so I called after I got off work today and the Manager and the girl that picked up the phone said if I had my Receipts they would Replace it so I drove all the way back home and got it and drove all the way to kfc and when I got there I showed the Same manager that told me on the phone if I had my Receipt he would Replace it and he looked at my Receipt and said to my face that he can't doing anything but on the phone he said he was going to if he could see my receipt from last night..
