The overall customer experience at our local Little Caesars has steadily declined in recent months…We place an order with this particular store at least twice per week plus we use them for all of our family events/birthday parties/showers/meetings etc, however due to the continuing downhill slide of their product quality, attention to detail- (specifically and mostly in regard to each customers request to customise their order)along with an increase in wait times even when it’s been. preordered and paid for prior to picking up. The prices have increased across the board while the quality has steadily decreased. That formula only solves o e way unless some people in management pull together and take an honest overall assessment of the entire store and implement some kindof strategy to help turn things around immediately. Each an every time lately my order isn’t even in the oven half hour after my listed pickup time or the times it’s finished and in the box ready for me to pick it up , the order is either completely wrong, old&kindof cold and missin a few things or it’s bein remade but never any explanation as to why I had to wait over 35minutes at the store while my order was located in their system and was completed and in the warmer but no one could confirm having made it or seen it or perhaps even possibly giving it to someone else mistakenly…Nobidy took responsibility or apologized, explained or offered any incentive to come back and try Little Caesars again so I could see it was an isolated event , not their normal operating standard…I paid for extras , for crazy all over and sauces and even asked them to double check which they claimed to buy when I finally got home none of it had been added or put on it and I had no sauces at all but the manager was not concerned whatsoever either of the times I’ve spoken to him regardin the issues I have been havin, so , I’ve had to move on to other pizza places in hopes of findin a suitable one I can do business with because they do not seem like you’re going to be doing any kind of...
Read moreThey may have picked the wrong customer to pull bullsh*t with. I manage a different pizza chain restaurant. I ordered 2 large pizzas (stuffed crust, the internet didn't offer this as a crust choice but phone girl did so I said "what the hell?". It wasn't a misunderstanding it was clearly and audibly offered as "stuffed".) One was extra cheese ($1 extra for extra), the other was a supreme or the LC equivalent. What I received were pizzas who's crust was stuffed with nothing unless it was more crust, but nothing else. Certainly nothing abnormal or extra. The only way the pizza was "extra cheese", is if the regular cheese comes with no cheese at all. Maximum of 6.0 ounces were on it. Again, I ain't the one to pull this shizz on. The supreme was, in my belief, a hot and ready pepperoni that had sausage, mushrooms and green peppers warmed up, put on top, and maybe smooshed into the cheese. The green peppers were under cooked. Red flag. I had never had LCs before, and have no intention of doing it again. Slaaaaack. Id shitcan management. Red flags all over. The 2nd star is because the cheesy bread was alright. Phone girl was...

Walked and ordered a plain cheese pizza and was told they didn't have any ready, that the pizzas were in the oven and would only be a few minutes.
Twenty minutes later, I recognized that they were selling cheese pizzas to people walking in and I had not received mine. No one called my name, as the cashier even asked my name for the order. I asked the cashier why they were selling cheese pizzas when I hadn't received mine. She pulls one out of the warmer and hands it to me with no apology; after 20 minutes!!!
I take the pizza and start to walk out. She gets an attitude and says "Have a great night, God bless." I don't believe it such voodoo. I walked out, called the store and asked for the manager. I told her what transpired and then was abruptly hung up on.
Do not visit this franchisee for Little Caesar's; they seem to only care about the bottom line and not...
