Burger King — Restaurant in Ashland

When we first walked in we saw about 15 to 20 people standing there waiting on their orders. about 5 of the people told us that they had been waiting there for over 30 minutes. Once we got in line and went to order the cashier was just flat out rude. She made us repeat our order multiple times. And the told us that they were out of the drink I wanted. So then I ordered a different drink and she messed up the entire order and took over 15 minutes to put our order in. When she gave us our drink cups she gave us all smalls even though I had ordered a medium. So I went back to the counter and she argued with me about it being incorrect. She then proceeded to take another persons order and pushed me aside. I waited for the person to finish their order and then showed her again on the ticket where I had ordered a medium soda. She grabbed the ticket out of my hands and crumbled it up and threw it away. There fore throwing away our order number as well. When we went to get our drinks and wait for our order the place was a mess. Soda spilt all over the counter, thrash on the counter, and the floors were so sticky that our shoes were getting stuck as we walked. While waiting in line for our order we heard a woman holler, when she got up and came over to the counter she had a piece of plastic in her hand that she had found inside of her burger. When she asked to talk to the manager the manager was rude and said well I have multiple people back here I am trying to train and the walked away. Next a little boy ordered a oreo shake and was given two wrong shakes before he got the one he had ordered. As we continued to wait for our order, another woman came back to the counter because her order was wrong as well. Once we finally got our food we asked for sauce and the employee walked away, so we went behind the counter and got our own. Over all it took over half an hour to get our food at this "fast food" restaurant. Today we found out that we did not pay for our food, another woman in line was charged for our order as well as hers. Never again will we go to this disgusting...

Worst restauarnt experience ive ever had. Ordered online so my food would be ready faster. Walked there from the hotel right next to it. They gave my order to someone else and then i had to wait for them to redo mine.

Four people in front, with signs on the registers saying to order from the kiosks only, and they were all standing around chatting. Two even complained about a previous customer who said she ordered an 8 and 12 even though the drive through employee knew she ordered two 12s, and that they should have charged her for all three. I’m sure if y’all were working and not yapping you might have heard her right. Maybe you wouldn’t have given my order to the wrong person either.

I also ordered shakes, but they were out. I asked how to get a refund and was told dismissively that I’d have to do it online.

I asked for two ranch dips when i finally got my order; one had gone bad and was leaking. My 8-yr-old son’s cheeseburger barely had any ketchup on it and he said “they’re not the king of burgers, they barely knew how to do mine.”

Theres not much right food outside of kings dominion, but this isn’t better than skipping a meal, buying food inside the park, or going a bit further south where theres a lot more options....

If you happen to stumble across this location, You have found quite possibly the worst Burger King in the entire nation!

We should have taken the hint when there was not a single car in the parking lot during prime hours.

The Virus Incubation Chambers (Coke Freestyle Machines) were out of everything except a select couple of Diet drinks or Root Beer. When I asked if they had anything available behind the counter, I was told they don't have anything and haven't for awhile.

They apparently do not honor Nationwide Promotions sponsored by corporate Headquarters (2 for $4 Croissan'wich) and instead charge almost double what most places charge.

The bread of the sandwich was consistent with those that have been left out on the counter overnight. Stale and dry, compounded by the fact that there was nothing available to drink with our meal.

I don't even know what to say about the fries. The size, shape, taste, etc... leads me to believe they went to the local grocery store and purchased whatever was on clearance. They was no semblance of any fry I have ever seen at a Burger King anywhere!

Please, Please Avoid at all cost! For the sake of your health and well being, use my misfortune as a lesson...
