First and foremost the only reason they are getting star is because I couldn't give them zero. The staff at this Starbucks are unprofessional, immature and rude. We ordered 5 drinks and waited over 35 min for them. The barista made the first drink completely wrong and it sat on the counter because we didnt think it was ours, then made 2 other orders (for customers behind us), proceeded to make 2 more drinks from our order and when we told him that we needed our drinks he started moving at a snail's pace and making comments. He then made 3 more drinks for another order (this is now 5 drinks for people behind us). When the lady asked what we were waiting on she realized the wrong drink was on the counter and told him he made it incorrectly he just shrugged. When we asked what was taking so long they said they have to go in order but they were not going in order what so ever. We ended up taking the wrong drink anyway because we did not have time to wait another 5-10 min for him to remake it. When I came to give this review I was not surprised at all that they had 2.7 stars. They need to be better trained and respectful of other peoples time. Upon ordering, I found out that I could not use my free drink rewards on my order, which was fine, but was treated with disrespect and arrogance after ordering. I ordered four venti frapichinos and one trenta pink drink. I received the first 3 messed up venti drinks in an orderly, timely manner, and thereafter 6 people recived their drinks. I started to get very frustrated and voiced my opinion to workers and got responses like, “One moment please,” “We are making them now,” which they were not, and “Hold on Lady!” After that I received the trenta, slammed on the counter, straw thrown in my face. Read moreI manage a coffee shop in a tourist environment so I know the everyday struggles between staffing problems and being extremely busy but this place is the worst of the worst. I visited over 5 times during our weekend trip to kings dominion. Ordered the same thing everytime and got a different price everytime. When I brought this up, no explanation. The staff only has one speed, veryyyyy slow. They opened late everyday, and not just a few minutes late, 45+ mins late somedays.
