Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ashland

On 10/05/21Everything was very good, but they didn't have their popular carry out deal promotion. I'm use to purchasing two pizza's, one thin Crust and one regular (hand tossed) with the three items for $7.99 each. Well I actually just like sausage & pepperoni so I just tell them add extra cheese for the 3rd topping & it's always very good but I didn't get that deal. Well it was my birthday and I just thought that Dominos sounded good for a late, late dinner. That one pizza with those three toppings cost me almost $14 but I didn't want to complain then so I just purchased my pizza and went home!!! I usually buy one thin Crust and one regular hand tossed for like $16 roughly. I tried thin Crust & really liked it so I get that mainly for me & one regular for the rest of the family to grab what they want! I was just disappointed that I always see this advertisement but when I go they weren't offering that deal!!! I guess I need to just start buying some DiGiorno Pizzas Supreme for a decent pizza that is always the same price!!! Maybe I'll give Dominos another try...

Would give 0 stars if possible. I Ordered online and received the wrong pizza, when calling back to the store I was told by the assistant manager that I was wrong and had the right pizza because she had made it herself in a rude manner. In all reality it wasn't the right one. Upon driving back down to the store I walk in and tell them that they have messed up my pizza and that I want a new one and a refund due to the managers action. The GM came out and apologized to me as they were training pizza makers and my pizza got misboxed. While there apparently the owner(don't know if he was but was dressed in street clothes behind the counter and came from the back office) was in the store looked at it and asked what was wrong. When told he had the audacity to ask me "what you can't eat the wrong pizza?" Therefore won't ever do buisness with this...

Love this Dominos and love their mobile app! It's super fast and easy. Very convenient and they have a tracker so you can see exactly who's making your order and what's happening with it each step of the way! You can time pick up perfectly. Also, they have great coupon deals on the app and also offer rewards points! So each time you order certain things using the app, you get rewards points that go toward your next purchase.
