My first time experience was okay. The food was really good and was ready when went to pick it up. There was a hair in my garlic bread with my Alfredo, but I shrugged it off; it happens sometimes, and I didn't complain, but tonight was my second and probably last experience. I called in and ordered Alfredo and chicken wings in parmesan garlic. They told me on the phone I can't get bone-in wings with parmesan garlic, so why is it listed as a flavor on the website? But fine, no big deal, I settled for boneless. I went to pick up my order in approximately 30 minutes and they said it wasn't ready, so I'm patiently waiting. Employee comes in and starts making pizza on the prep line with long hair and doesn't have her hair pulled back until someone told her she needed to put it back (no wonder there was hair in my garlic bread last time), and as I stand there waiting with about 5-6 other people I witnessed 2 employees eating pizza toppings off the line like its a buffet as they are making the pizzas. How disgusting. I about left without my order at this point. I was tired of waiting and disguested, but I sucked it up. As I'm waiting, orders are piling up on top of the oven ready for pickup as I wait. Finally, one of the people waiting walked up to the counter and asked if their order was ready and the employee asked about the other people waiting including myself for a name to check on our orders. My order had been thrown on top of the oven as I stood their and no one bothered to get it and cash me out so I wasted more time than I needed. Someone needs to come in here and get this store straightened out and employees need to get it together and act professionaly before I even think...
Read moreI used to love this place. But after tonight I’m not sure whether I’ll be back or not. Went to pick my order up, the girl at the register had screwed up a gentleman‘s order cost wise, took forever and two other employees to try to figure it out 🤦♀️. So after standing there patiently waiting it was my turn and the two ladies at the register walked back into the kitchen and none of the employees looked up from the kitchen to see if anybody still needed help and there were three of us waiting. Finally the gentleman who had been taking the phone orders asked me if I had been waited on and I said no so he waited on me. But unfortunately even then another mistake was made I mentioned that I had the elite discount card and he commented that it was on there but the discount was never given to me. 😔 So I read the owners response and evidently they did not understand what I was saying or they are trying to shame me (I was not criticizing the young lady for her mistake b/c all of us make mistakes…) I was making point of waiting, only to be totally ignored when it was my turn by the ladies who left customers and went back to kitchen to start making pizzas. The gentleman taking phone orders even yelled to the back you left customers out here and still no one even looked toward register area so he finally let phone ring and waited on me 🤷♀️. In all my years of customer service I was told that the customer is always right and I’m not asking &/or wasn’t hoping for any freebies 🤦♀️. But I think the response I got back pretty much says it all. A simple I’m sorry for your experience and I hope you’ll give us another chance to do better would have been...
Read moreI am very disappointed that the true history is not included on your website. My grandparents started that business and worked hard to make it what was the best pizza in town. When Mike had it, family was still included and the history was included on the website. I had two of my teenagers working there that were told that due to new managers, minors were no longer allowed to work there. It breaks my heart that something that meant so much to my family at one time seems to no longer be relevant. The only thing left is the logo, which is an original drawing by my grandfather, Jerry DelVecchio, of the lady carrying the pizza (meant to be my grandmother, Donna). Due to the lack of history displayed and that my grandparents great-grandchildren were told to leave because minors cannot be employed there any longer under the new management, I ask that you respect my late grandfather as well as our family, please consider retiring the logo. I am 100% confident that he would want that. I mean no disrespect. I am simply asking that you respect what he would want if he were still with us today. Thank you for your consideration and feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss...
