Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ashland

I never leave bad reviews however i am very upset bc my dad came to this Dunkin and the employee who was taking his drive thru order was disgustingly rude and nasty to my dad which I am very upset about. My dad ordered three coffees in the drive thru and the employee was yelling at my dad telling him to hurry up and order which is unbelievable. After my dad ordered the three coffees when he pulled up to the window to pay the employee tried to charge my dad for 5 coffees and said that my dad had ordered five coffees. My dad told the employee that he only ordered three and he asked for them to fix it and the employee yelled at my dad and told him that he was going to pay for those five coffees. This is not how you run an establishment neither is it how people should be treating other people. Besides the trash customer service this Dunkin has their drinks are also not good. Very upset I would NOT recommend this place at all do not come here! Go home and make ur coffee instead bc ur better...

My least favorite Dunkin in MA! They have this pre-recorded “may I take your order” at the drive-up window, half way through your order a real person interrupts and says, please wait I will get back to you- minutes later. Their cappuccino machine is down a lot, out of lemons, out of paper receipts, screwed up orders, slow and rude. Just today I ordered a cappuccino, machine down, so I switched to ice tea with lemons, no lemon, ok, I go without lemons too- drive up to pay, want a receipt because my next drink is free with the rewards program and they don't have any paper left for their cash register!? Then the girl tells me "sorry Lady I just work here" ?????????!!!!! That is the last time I go there, the one in Ashland on W. Union, Holliston and Milford are FAR SUPERIOR in customer service! This one needs a new Manager quickly or a new franchise...

This location is my neighborhood DD that serves (among others passing by) several contiguous communities. My food and beverage requirements are pretty basic. Some of the negative comments about this location seem to be about not properly fulfilling specific beverage orders and this doesn’t affect me as I just drink plain coffee and have standard fare off the menu. The actual physical store is pretty nice for a fast food location. If I have the time I have no problem eating my meal there. During the summer months there is an outdoor patio as well. Fully handicapped accessible and adequate parking. Once the road improvement project on Rt 126 is completed the store will be more accessible for pedestrians as well as autos.
