Used to go to this place prior to the new management.
Pros: Pedicure (minus the nail painting) was good.
Cons:
Not good customer service. They will not be getting any more service from me. I miss...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA very dirty salon, where they do not sterilize the instruments and use dirty files and buffs. Absolutely unprofessional manicurists who do not know how to do DIP nails so that it looks natural or at least accurate and same length and shape! The nails are humped and crooked. They constantly file and injure your natural nails, so that they become thin as a film and very sensitive. The behavior of the employees is disgusting - they all just stand around you and discuss you in Vietnamese. And this happens every time, and I have said many times that I will not go to them again, and then tried to give a "second chance" just because of comfort location near my home. Michael is a terrible specialist who allows himself to discuss clients, and who lies to clients about the fact that the nails look so bad because this is such a Brand, and not because their master does not know how to do his job well. The manicure took 2.5 hours of my life, I have never done a manicure for so long and never before the result was so terrible. The salon completely ignored my comments and charged me the full amount (around $75) for something that was not worth paying for at all. This is a disgrace! If you want to ruin your nails, risk your health and have the possibility of catching some disease because the tools are not sterile, if you want to feel humiliated and unwelcome- go...

First off i had asked for someone specific as Iām super picky with my nails - only to get there and find out sheās no longer with the salon. I had asked for dip and they had no idea what service I wanted like I didnāt say anything over the phone. I wanted a specific design, but I had a gut feeling this was going to be so unpleasant I just decided to stick to one color and get it over with. As Emely (I believe thatās her name) was doing my nails she burn me with the electric nail drill about 15 times! She was also burning my skin when she was filing my nails and kept asking if I was ok because she knew. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and the way the dip was done was so different. She put two coats of powder and I could see through my nail - itās so sheer. The color I picked was pretty bold to look the way it does. Of course, I spoke up and I said something and theyāre like it will be thicker then but just the thought of her using the nail drill again, i said Nevermind. Then it looks like she used a gel tip coat and my nails do not have a smooth surface. I can see little bubbles. I paid $55, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. I should have just waited one more day to see my regular nail...
