Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Ashland

I was craving Long John’s so I stopped to get dinner. There were 4-5 cars in front of me but I patiently waited. I ordered two fish and chicken platters and told the guy working I wanted cocktail sauce and vinegar. He told me to wait until I got to the window to order sauce. So I did. I told the guy I wanted SEVERAL OF BOTH for each meal since my boyfriend and I eat cocktail on chicken and fries and vinegar on fish. HE said he gave us what I asked for. To be sure, I checked before I pulled out and could only find two packs of ketchup (I don’t like). So I stopped and waited for him to acknowledge me. He opened the window and seemed annoyed I hadn’t left and I told him he didn’t give me cocktail or vinegar. He starts arguing that he did. He said it was in the packages so I opened the boxes, spilling food everywhere and there was none so he handed me two packets of vinegar and ONE little cup of sauce. He refused to give me any more sauce!! After spending $30 for some fish and tiny little chicken nuggets. (See photos) So I went home after a long day at work to eat my one piece of fish and two little chicken things and I got in my stash of Captain D’s cocktail sauce and vinegar to eat my food. PS my boyfriend found a nasty hair in his coleslaw that was not mine. Not eating at this location...

WORST SERVICE EVER!! the lady who took my order messed up and when I politely told her she made a mistake SHE YELLED AT ME AND WAS SO RUDE that another worker had to physically shove her out of the way to fix it. And then he wasn’t very polite either and acted like I was just being ridiculous and never once apologized for their behavior. Charged my credit card a hundred dollars for 40$ worth of food. I will be contacting their coorperate office and if not resolved will be filling a complaint with the BBB. Oh and did I mention this happened in front of my 4 children, two of which are 2 and 3 and had them scared to dearth.. Nice location and the service was great. The food could have been a little better. I ordered a 3 peice chicken dinner with waffle fries and coleslaw as sides. My fries and my chicken tenders were slightly under cooked. The hush puppies were amazing just like I always remembered. The coleslaw was ok tasting but was cut chunkier than I am use to. The price was average. This location has plenty of parking and had handicapped spaces available. The entrance is wheel chair accessible and they have highchairs or booster seats for children upon request. The employees were well groomed, and friendly.
