This was the only pizza place I used to order from. I ordered Marcos last night for one small reason. That small reason was why I spent almost $40 on food last night. Well that small reason was missing from my order. I called to let them know my item was missing. I asked if they could just redeliver my missing item. I was told "ummm ummmm ummmm ummmmm" on the phone so I asked again, in simplified terms because my question seemed too complex for the girl. She tells me my driver is supposed to be off work already, and he still has a couple of things to do at the store before he leaves. But "MAYBE" he can bring me my missing items before he leaves. Or maybe he can do his duties first and then bring me my missing items on his way home?!?!? So I asked if that means I have to wait until after closing for the rest of my order? She says no. 11pm came, still no delivery of my missing items. I called the store, it rang for 2 whole minutes, nobody answered. I then waited another 30 minutes (it's 1135pm at this point) before I touched my food. My missing items never came. I ate my food cold. And it wasn't even enjoyable. The crust on my pizza was humongous, and the actual pizza part was small, and the chicken tasted off like maybe it was expired. The rest of my order was fine, and I will say it arrived pretty quickly. But the customer service is awful here. They will not make things right. They will keep you waiting and you will not enjoy your pizza hot. They won't even offer you a remake. And the survey they tell you to fill out online doesn't even work properly. So I'm stuck leaving my review public. Which I did not want to have to do, yet here I am. Sorry Marcos, I won't be ordering from or recommending you anymore.

So my pizza had no red sauce, I called up to see if this was normal, the manager who spoke to me was super rude, assured me I was incorrect and that they over sauce there pizza normally and then she informed me she had no time for an argument or time gor me to bring the pizza back. I wish I knew her name because she was rude and had 0 people skills. She offered me a $10 dollar credit but man she acted like that $10 was coming out of her paycheck. Overall a bad first experience @ this location.

Hillary just personally delivered terrible customer service which reflects poorly on her entire customer service habits. I've been going to Msrcos for 2 years loyally. Asking for light bake each time and they've delivered. Tonight, I ask for light back and the dough was stuck to the bottom of a partially cooked pie. So I call and ask for it to be remade due to this and someone cut slices then realized I asked for squares and cut squares on top of the cut slices. Anyway, Hillary answered the phone I told her the issue and asked 3x times if I could just bring it to then so she can actually look it. She said no, that she would remake the pizza and have it delivered just to deliver it personally and ask to see the pizza, so I showed her the dough slices and the 10 inch area that was plain dough stuck to the box. She said NOPE, I'm sorry can't give you the replacement that I just made and drove over here personally. I said ma'am look at that dough.. she said well yall atevthe rest if the pizza, I said yes I fed the kids and I have not eaten and what my 12 year old ate was picked at cause of the dough.. What the heck was that? Next I told her Karma was going to get her, and I meant that. However she sent the police to my door because of a terrible customer service review. They said I was part of a harassment investigation.. The whole thing descalated and the police left. But what is the WORLD is wrong with her? I've never in all my 30 years of customer service. It's clear SHE made that 1st pizza. And she knows it was jacked, but whatever. Even Officer XyZ sympathized as I showed him what I left in the box. Straight shook his head and gave me a few dollars to order something to eat. He went above and beyond, THATS how you serve. Hillary GOTTA GO! Out here messing with people's money and stomach. Bad cx service is one thing... teasing someone with great cx service and then intentionally deciding to NOT deliver that service is diabolical. Talking about costs, etc... Girls you just remade the food and brought it to my door and now it's waste. Smh And who calls the police because someone says Karma will get them? Oh, ik.... a Karen. Watch out for this person. She's a baaaddddd look...

We've ordered many times since living in Ashland and have never had any issues. Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas, 4 garlic butter cups, and two 12" steak and cheese subs. The pizzas were great as usual but the subs were atrocious! The buns were incredibly soggy....not like a little damp but they were slimy and I picked half of it off my sub to find the the other side was the same way. No mayo was on our subs, which is part of the original recipe (we added peppers and onions). The mayo isn't a huge deal except I don't even have much of a top bread layer to even put it on. How disappointing bc now it's garbage. And when you pay over $10 PER sub, they should arrive crispy and great, not soggy and lukewarm. We even paid for delivery and gave a $6 tip to the driver to not even go 1mile. We usually always pickup but we've have a long busy work week and didn't feel like going out again. We also didnt receieve our garlic butter which we also paid for in our order and the person answering phones said they'd credit us and yet didnt even ask for our name. Sadly, I doubt we will order anytime soon. Now to find something at home to eat bc the subs are not even palatable bc of the soggy buns. The 3☆ is generous only bc the kids...
