My Dad's Pizzaria 3 — Restaurant in Ashland

If I could give this pizza place a negative star I would..called and ordered a 2 topping pizza told the person that was taking the order that I wanted the pizza well done but not burnt or I will return it well guess what yep u nailed it was not done.. my husband told the driver that he needs to take it back and the driver looked like a dear caught in head lights and asked what he needs to do with it so my husband had to tell him to take it back and make sure that it will be well done . Not telling him that he wasn't coming back with another pizza ... so I called the manager that is probably a kid himself and asked where the pizza was and he told me that we was not getting a pizza.. I told him that the pizza was not well done and he wanted to keep arguing with me... so I will never be back to this joint any more and I will be telling everyone that I know not to order from this place... so I will say that the manager if that is what he is was rude and...

We ordered a pizza with 4 toppings . They brought us a pizza with one topping. I called and told them . The guy on the phone said he did not believe me . that I was lying . He then said he would send me another pizza and for me to give the delivery guy the first pizza back. He then went on to tell once again that , he didn't believe me. When I asked who I was speaking to he said he was the owner. When the guy brought me the right pizza he said , the owner realized I was telling the truth . That he sent his apologizes. I am so glad that after years of hearing people I knew from Flatwoods n Russell RAVE about My Dads Pizza, that I finally decided to try one when the Ashland store opened, right up the road from me. They are very hard to beat on their selections/prices! Also, everything I have tried since then...from Pizza to Subs to the Grilled chicken salad has been perfect! Arrives earlier than quoted time, still hot and all items have been just hot(or cold if appropriate!)...
