My first time inside the Dunkin Donuts on Rt 20 in Ashtabula was a horrible experience. For starters I don’t go there very often. We were the only customers inside when I went to the counter to order. The blonde girl who waited on us was so RUDE. 1st interaction- I guess we took too long to order (less than 2 mins) She informed us she was “going to walk away if we didn’t order something NOW.” 2nd- I asked her where the menu was. That was a mistake. (The menu inside is quite different from the outside one) I was trying to find the flavors offered or try a new specialized coffee. So I just ordered as quickly as I could to get the needed caffeine and get out of there! I kept silent although I was VERY confused by her rudeness. Then it got way worse! She walked away and called me 2 names I can’t post her. 3rd- After I ordered just a coffee with toffee & cream she walked around the entire store telling the other employees loudly how rude I was by asking to see the menu?????? What? I’m thinking what just happened? Really??? 4th-The Blonde haired girl gave me the wrong coffee that I eventually ordered. We were going to sit inside while we waited for our appointment but, wow! Not even another employee reprimanded her behavior! I get she hates her life. But disrespecting customers for no reason is beyond my ability to understand!
I will never go into your store again. I will absolutely tell everyone I know about this horrible and emotionally hurtful way I was treated.
I will follow up with a manager! This is how upset I was over this simple interaction at Dunkin Donuts! A...
Read moreI had to rate it a 3 star... Due to the entire past year (365-days) of my very own personal experience's. Dunkin is by far my favorite and top choice to all coffee companies as a whole. (With #1 exception of course, and that is because they're only is one, and it's called Yellowstone Perks in Gardiner, Montana) When I say as a whole I mean all the major coffee spots of today. I am not particularly counting any Mom and Pop diner type stops because there are way too many and underated. With that being said Dunkin is still my top choice no matter if it's close or far!!!! Lately I don't know what the hell's going on in Ashtabula... nine out of 10 times of going I ordered me the wrong messed up not even when I ordered or the prices are overcharged or plain out wrong.. then because of the pandemic and the lobby being closed going through the drive-thru takes forever which I wait... I make that choice But then I don't even get a receipt the majority of the time... Believe it or not 3 or 4 times now the receipt that was taped on my food bag as well as one I had on the side of my coffee cup given to me wasn't even my receipt which is extremely crazy in my opinion. Lol! Not only do I like my receipts for financial balance and configuration but, I always do the receipt surveyto get the code and free...
Read moreWent to The location on W Prospect rd in Ashtabula Ohio today 09/05/22 and sat at the speaker for 5-8 minutes without a single person speaking to me. Tried asking if anyone was there and eventually pulled fwd to the window figuring maybe something happened to the speaker system (as there were cars who were there before myself) only to have one of several employees come to the window after a minute and tell me they were actually closed for the day now and not even so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience” or an explanation as to why they were close early (weather it was due to the holiday today or not) and when I told him that they had several other cars even behind myself waiting who think they’re open he responded with “well I guess I’ll have to go out and tell them” VERY unprofessional and was not handled well. NOTHING posted online about change of bourse for Monday today or even on their doors or order menu for today about change of bourse either. Aside from that they always seem to be out of most things when I order and I don’t even show up late in the days. It’s different times but not ever right before closing so I’m not sure how they run out so...
