Cocco's Pizza Aston — Restaurant in Aston Township

I'd like to say delivery is hit or miss but lately it has been all miss. The last 3 times we ordered delivery something was off. Tonight we ordered just one simple pizza. A large Packer Ave pizza with the white sauce. No major deviations, they give you the option of red or white. We also asked to not put the long hot peppers on half. They did get that part right. However the pizza came with the red sauce and the crust was way over cooked. I really wish I could attach the pictures. There is no way there was any miscommunication since I placed the order online and even the receipt said -Reg Crust -White. The last time we ordered sandwiches were missing peppers on the side even though we were charged extra for them, and the pizza always seems burnt on the bottom. It really is a shame because it would taste really good if it was...

Like so many others have said if I could give zero stars I would .I ordered a hoagie while at work . When I was able to take my lunch I opened up the hoagie and it was completely wrong! As in I ordered a turkey hoagie and it was an Italian. I called the store and explained what happened and that I was upset because now even if they sent me out a new hoagie right now I was on my lunch and wouldn't be able to eat it until I got my next break . They told me I could get a new sandwich or my money back but not both . I work at a grocery store and when.we are the ones to mess up we give you your $ back and a free product . They just lost a customer that has been ordering from them for over 20 years because of a hoagie... talked to me like it...

I would like to really talk to owners, because their manager BRUCE was arrogant . I received an order that was not what I ordered. And Bruce the manager tried telling me on phone he made it, and it was correct! It was not! I took my order back , to show him ,that it was not correct, and Bruce did nothing but try to defend himself! I asked for nothing back! But this arrogant man wanted to degrade me. I will never go back to a coco pizza again! Degrading and horrible management! I worked in restaurants all my like my family owned one!
