Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aston Township

Went in ordered 2 chicken chalupa supremes at the counter. The guy turned around and verbally told the kid “2 chicken chalupa supremes”. The kid proceeded to look at me for 10-15 seconds straight furious like he wanted to hurt me. I stood at the counter flabbergasted. Like what’s going on here?!? Isn’t this your job? After the death stare he looks down at the counter not moving and keeps looking up at me giving the wildest look. I was just waiting at the order counter for my 2 chalupas. I ended up walking out of his sight. Went back a min or 2 later the kid is looking at me crazy again. No one else was in there placing an order. I seen 1 couple in the whole place seated eating together. The guy that took my order (my guess the manager) came from the back and said “come on, 2 chicken chalupas”. He looks at me again crazy. Kid didn’t move to make any order, just standing there. I said out loud “u know what man just forget it”. Looked up at me with a blank stare, I walked out of the store not even getting a refund. I’ve been eating Taco Bell for 30+ years all over the country. Never in my life would I think this would ever happen. Oddly enough the reason I’m writing this review now is I was in the CVS across the street last night nearing 9:00pm. Guess who’s outside arguing with their speaker phone blasting??? It’s the same kid that looked like he wanted to kill me for ordering “2 chicken chalupa supremes” at that moment I grinned and said ok. This kid is not a positive member of the community or society. Truly...

Horrible Drive Thru Experience...AVOID this place at all cost....

I wish I had read the reviews of this place before stopping by on our way back from Longwood Gardens but it was late (11 pm) and we were tired so just thought to get quick bite from drive thru lane, boy was I wrong!!

I ordered five items via drive thru. First they gave me only 2 out of my 5 items. When I asked if it had all 5 items, they said Yes (LIARS). I pulled over in the parking lot to check and found it only had 2 out of 5 items. And one of the two was only half cooked!!!

I got back in the drive through lane and they told me that they KNEW it happened!!! They said they will make my order again but I can't get it in the drive thru window(??) and have to wait in the parking lot. They made me wait in the parking lot for 30-40 minutes at 11:30 pm. Both my kids fell asleep hungry. After total 45 minutes, I got my new order and drove straight home as I was in no mood to eat.

At home I found that my cheezy, rice and bean burrito only had beans and no rice or cheese. That is how CARELESS they are. How tough it is to make a standard menu item correctly??

So avoid drive thru here unless you are ready to inspect your items before you leave the window and ready to spend an hour in the parking lot waiting for missing items only to eat half...

I'd like to share my experience and hope you'll take this into account if you plan to order from this place. Please double-check your taco order before leaving. I can't stress how many times I've returned because of their errors – not only due to laziness but also a lack of attention to the orders they put in your bag. It's frustrating, especially when you live just 10 minutes away, only to find yourself driving back home, expecting the correct number of tacos, but ending up short.

Tonight, I'm leaving this review because the manager assured me that 'all of your tacos are in the bag' as I was leaving, only to be disappointed when I got home and discovered they had lied. Not only were my tacos missing, but they also claimed to remember my order, and swill make the additional tacos that I never received.

This place is a prime example of dishonesty, even trying to appease me with coupons in exchange for a positive review. I believe people should be aware of this before visiting...
