Wawa — Restaurant in Aston Township

Ive never had an issue with any wawa I went to until I came here... I ordered a classic gobbler on one of the screens there. When I got it there was no cranberry sauce. (I usually dont complain about little stuff like this) but I thought id walk back in and say hey I didnt get cranberry sauce, one of the females behind the sandwich making bar said 'oh sorry we are out of cranberry sauce' well how the heck am I supposed to know that when im ordering? She said they had signs on the computers, I looked and saw every computer had a sign except the one that I ordered from -- so all she said was 'we are sorry' well had I known they didnt have cranberry sauce I wouldnt have ordered that!! I have been frequenting this store since 2012, and aside from one negative encounter with an employee, my visits have always been positive. The staff at all three stations are friendly, courteous, and helpful; and they serve great coffees and outstanding takeout fare at two of those counters. I especially enjoy the sandwiches, subs, and delicious soups! In other words the product and the customer service are outstanding. Kudos to the management for establishing a business model that definitely works. The associates behind the deli are always, and I mean always, whining. My God. It's your soul purpose at Wawa to provide good customer service and complete peoples orders. These people are always making childish, petty, and belittling remarks about their customers. Excuse us! We are sorry we are bothering you so much. We only ask for 2 things while providing you with a paycheck to support your way of living and yes I use the same mentality at my place of work and would not dare act like you people towards my customers.
