(Update) Once again tried to go again after months, absolutely Horrible again lol. I was the only car and was there for 10 minutes while the barista thing scanned my app 10 times and still proceed to tell me the coupon on my app wasn't good. Sat there while she scanned over and over and took 10 other orders. Had another lady come up to fix it. Turns to us says she overrided it with a rude attitude(worst SB ever) Horrible experience all around. Bunch of kids more focused on there personal life then making coffees. Girl at drive through didn't use my coupon from the app after scanning it. I go in and Gabriel comes to help me. I explain what's going on and he proceeds to look for my order for 5 minutes even though they just gave me my order, so he can refund me for half my drink which is what the coupon was. Calls another manager up who can't figure it out either cause I paid in cash......so didn't get half off, wasted 10 minutes on my way to work, and was met with completely incompetent workers. I would recommend any other Starbucks in town. The people at Vons are amazing and never mess up. Id do zero stars if I could the drink was even very subpar. Read moreI'm a customer who pays money into the store by purchasing drinks and pastries and so does my family all the time. Today I called the Front w store to ask if they had there seasonal cranberry bliss bars which are a big hit every year and I get every year we'll the girl who I spoke to which I wish I got her name said "oh I have several boxes so when you get off work there should be plenty left over when you get off, I said are you sure I get off at 5 from my job she said yes I asked could you just old 1 box as soon as I get off work I'll be there to get it she said no we don't hold anything. So then I call the Starbucks over across from rite aid spoke to a very nice guy who said they would hold it so I could buy it from him and he was super nice kind and didn't hesitate once and said he was sorry from them being like that thank you...
Read moreI usually don't have a problem with Starbucks but today the female at the window was busy chatting with the person in the drive thru in front of me and when I got to the window she was very rude. She completely avoided eye contact, handed me the food portion of my order shoved the card reader In front of me and asked for a tip. I ended up driving off without my drink so I went back and walked Into the store and she gave me a disgusting look while chatting with her coworkers, hands me my drink, and walks away. Again, she doesn't acknowledge me so I said "Thank you" and went about my day. Usually the employees are very pleasant but this female was very rude and not the normal for starbucks.
