I have to be honest... I don't go to Dominoes, like ever. They're far too many better choices out there when it comes to pizza servings overall.
However, it was a long day on Friday, and I just wanted some pizza. It was too far to drive back in the opposite direction to goto Little Ceez.
I walked in, already knowing what I wanted - a small pepperoni pizza, with butter cheese crust. Simple, right?! Well, the short white guy with the nose ring seemed irritable and wasn't too friendly, and was a little argumentative when I got to the butter cheese crust part of what I was trying to order; as if I should KNOW they don't do butter cheese. I'm petty sometimes, but just like anyone else, I want what I want. So, after asking for the crust flavor, he says garlic butter? I repeat myself, no butter cheese. This happened 2 more times. I was so confused but just went on and gave in.
Waited 15 minutes, and then it was ready. As he handed it to me... it felt very light.
Took it in the house, opened it, and was highly dissatisfied. (Pls excuse the bite I took before taking this pic). Either way, this is crazy, and a simple reminder why I haven't frequented Dominoes on the regular. Definitely wasn't worth the 10 +...
Read moreWent last night at 7:22pm we get there and order a lg pepperoni with 8 wings, the clerk said 20 minutes, ok at 7:50 still no food. I go sit in my car while my hubby waits instore, it's 8:33pm now an hr/7 minutes still no food, I entered, ask how many more hrs, the clerk laughed and continued her phone convo, she ask someone in the back something then told 15 more minutes, I ask for my refund and she was literally stuck for 2 minutes and I then suggested get the mgr. He comes gives me a piece of paper with the prices of what I ordered, I'm asking where's my money? He says 3 to 5 days! So I pretty much left with no food and no money. It was 7 people working and still nobody could make my food. So today I called the mgr today, all she did was explain what they should've done, she didn't try to make anything right, I still got nothing and no where. Is this is how domino's does business? Evidently it's what they did to me, so if you want to just give them some free money, if you not hungry, got hrs to wait, walk in and order, this...
Read moreI recently had a frustrating experience with a pickup order from Domino's Pizza. We ordered plain tater tots without bacon, but received them with bacon. Additionally, our second pizza, which was supposed to be vegetarian, ended up being ham and pineapple—an issue since we have a vegetarian in our group.
Due to these mistakes, we had to make two trips, each 5 minutes each way, to get the order corrected. By the time I got back, the first part of our order was cold.
To make matters worse, Taylor and the other manager on duty were not willing to do anything extra to help us out or compensate for the inconvenience. Shockingly, I noticed they put the returned pizza back on the warming rack, possibly to resell it.
