When I walk in the manager Nicole ( at least she said she was the other employee boss so I assume she is the manager on duty) was yelling at the young man ( he had dreads not sure what his name is bc I didn't see his name tag and he was new there ). She was very rude. the sub was sitting up on the corner with bread and meat. I heard him ask her but she never said anything when he said do you have the pick up order. not finished or covered when I arrived. there was customers she was helping at the register. When I say the lady flipped on the young man for making my pick up order. but she never answered him when he asked about the sub with the meat and bread on it. I was shocked that she would scold at him in front of customers. It was a nice gesture that he ask what the order was and name . Bc i was standing there for a while and no one said anything while I was waiting in line. Honestly, if I could have hugged that young man, I would have. It's hard to find good employees and no one deserves to be belittled. I wish he knew his rights as an employee. He could have report that treated that I witness to the EEOC. The place was very clean that I can say. It was also smelling good in there. But what I witness was horrible, no one should be talked to in that manner in a workplace. But she still made the sub wrong. She forgot the oreango. forgot to cut it into 4 like it was noted...
Read moreWent to this Subway this morning right after work and was greeted by Francis and Brendon. I articulated my sandwich order to Brendon who then started to work on my order. He kept referring to Francis so I asked him if he was new, and he did admit being very new. Jokingly I said to Francis if she wouldn't mind applying her Jedi Master sandwich skills to oversee Brendon's creation, so that he can get better at this and I can go home with an amazing footlong or two. She laughed and jumped right in there, expressing interest, not just cuz she was asked which translates to more love added to my sandwiches. I am jovial person and both Brendon and Francis while preparing my order made me feel quite welcome the whole time. With his already built in interpersonal skills, I am certain with Francis's guidance, Brendon will be very good at this location. I am very pleased with the way both Francis and Brendon treated me this morning. I will return in the...
Read moreNowadays, abysmally poor service seems to be the norm for most food service workers. An hour ago, I placed an order for a footlong turkey sub meal with orange juice and a dozen of white chocolate macadamia cookies through Uber Eats. For my sons, I ordered 3 (6 inch) sandwiches and 3 bags of Dorito chips. The order arrived, but most items were missing.
My bag of baked potato chips, dozen cookies, and bottle of orange juice were not included. My youngest son did not get his sandwich; I shared my footlong sandwich with him. My sons did not get their chips. I tipped the Uber driver, Luis, handsomely. Why would he see the long receipt and not realized that my order is entirely incomplete? How can the workers not have a conscience, sense of pride, and a sense of professionalism? I am convinced that the employees are on drugs. This is not the first time that this Subway restaurant has botched my large order. I do not trust food service...
