Barberitos — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

I love this place and am so excited to have one this nice and new built right down the road..the new building is phenomenal, there's covered parking underneath and its view of prince avenue as it leads into downtown makes a great place to enjoy gameday without getting socked with parking fees downtown...the steak or the chicken burrito is custom built subway style right before your eyes and I still can't believe how huge these burritos end up being....I just hope this new location can survive covid and remain profitable so that it'll be right down the street from now on...if you haven't been, go check em out on Prince ave and if you loved the Barberitos downtown vibe, you'll love this new locations Normal-Town upgrade.... Oh and the food is excellent and...

You should probably try a different location.... or restaurant in general. I placed an online order at this location and after getting back to my job I find they havent given me the queso cup I ordered AND have forgotten to add the guacamole to my burrito which is an upcharge. On top of that, I ordered two burritos and a queso cup (which admittedly they forgot) and only got a half bag of chips! After calling I was told to go online to get a refund for an online order which isnt true there is no such place on the website- at least no easily accessible webpage for order issues and refunds. This was my first time EVER going to Barberitos after a year of living in Athens and hearing great things. Looks like I should have brought my day old...

Only reason they get this many stars is because the cashier was pretty nice. Customer service wasn’t the best outside of her but they were pretty decent. Every time I eat Barberitos have to get their sweet tea with the meal. Tea was terrible and i asked For fresh sweet tea but, the manager lady I presume, was like they don’t make it but only on changing shifts. That’s odd to me because i got To Barberitos at least twice a week and they change the tea if I don’t like it. I get Home less than a mile away and the food was terrible. It wasn’t fresh at all. Barberitos prides itself off fresh food but this wasn’t it. Sticking to the other locations from here out! Again customer service is the reason for the 3 otherwise I’d go...
