Today I went and picked up three pastries, shortly after I asked one girl working there for a for. She shortly said “no, we dont” and promptly turned away and dismissed me quite rudely. I then went to the cashier, told her about her coworkers response and she explained that they do not actually have forks , which is fine. I asked the cashier for a spoon and she gave it to me but not without reminding me that they are not supposed to give utensils out to “people who don’t pay.” I was carrying my pastries in the bag that hey gave me inside of one of my other bags and said I did pay. I held up the bag to show her. She offered the emptiest “well, sorry” I have ever heard.
The food is decent study food and hot drinks for the average college student but there need to be improvement. They need some more customer service training for sure and I’ll be avoiding...
Read moreI ordered a coffee and asked for soy milk and white mocha. Paid for it and watched my coffee be made 3 times (keep in mind, I was the only waiting and there was no one else in line). First time, water was being added to my cup. Second time, she put half and half and not the soy milk. I politely asked her if it was made with soy milk, and she said she forgot. Went back and made it again. This time, I can audibly hear that the tub of syrup she was using was pumping out air and not white mocha. I let it go because maybe there was some flavor in it. I am drinking it now, and I do not taste a single hint of white mocha.

When asked about the price difference, she proceeded to rudely say 'that's just what it is in our system' without even bothering to even look into why that was.
