I ordered a pizza for delivery and going into it they said they didnt know when they could deliver it but two hours and still nothing is kind of ridiculous. When i called and asked to speak to a manager the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me for literally just asking for a member of management. ..the food is great but it isnt worth being treated like trash and waiting hours and hours for a pizza and i am only a quarter mile away from the restaurant! If i wasnt stuck at work i could have walked to pick it up...i definitely would not recommend this place to anyone ever..... So for a future update I tried to go back to Mama Sid's I called to order a pizza for delivery and when I told them my address they told me they were going to get my total and then they came back and told me they didn't have a delivery driver after they said they could take my order for delivery and then they blocked my phone number so I couldn't call back.... You know I was really going to give it another chance and give your company my business but who blocks a random person's phone number who waited 3 hours for a pizza to be delivered....... that doesn't seem to be my fault..... I'm really not understanding why I as the customer am being punished for something that your company did .....so I appreciate you responding to this the last time and asking me to give you another chance but it's a little hard to give you another chance when you block my phone number and refuse to deliver and I haven't been anything but nice... That is a poor way to run a business I hope your business gets closed down and you become homeless....you don't to treat people like they are nothing just because you can't get your business together enough to deliver a pizza half a mile down the road in a reasonable time frame... I literally waited almost 3 hours and never got a pizza.... But it's my fault right.... I wouldn't care if I was starving to death I wouldn't eat your food to save my own life... Read moreI am posting an updated review. The owner Shaun reached out a while ago, expressed his apologies for the bad service, and offered to make it up to us on our next trip.
We decided to give them another try and are very pleased to say it was an enjoyable meal. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, making sure we were happy with our dinner. I had the spaghetti, my partner had the pizza buffet. She absolutely loves their buffet as they stock it with items she likes most (Hawaiian), not just pepperoni or something easy.
We will most definitely continue eating here again.
Previous review: Yes, I am also aware that it's hard to find good help...but I am the customer, I shouldn't have to beg someone to serve me or accept rude and condescending attitudes.
I rarely will leave a scathing review, but, the overall attitude of the server was totally unacceptable. We went inside and the server was cleaning a table and made eye contact with us, we sat 2 tables away....a few minutes later, other guests entered with a larger party.
Approximately 5 minutes past, the server went and took the order from the larger group...after a few minutes longer of still no server, one of us went to the front counter and spoke to the server... his words were "well, you haven't been here that long and I will get around to you eventually" ... he then turned and walked into the back....I have not had to walk out of a restaurant in the past 20+ years but that's exactly what we did.
I attempted to call and speak to the manager Sean, and discuss the lacking quality of service but was told he is too busy to take calls.

Read moreSo would have to say that it can take one visit to a restaurant to ruin a place. We visited on April 27th at 8:15pm. We chose 2 buffets, a small cheese pizza with a side order of garlic knots, 2 waters and a sweet tea. Well sweet tea now is a water because the very poor attitude gentleman that was in charge of waiting tables clearly hates his job. The server asked if we wanted anything on the bar which I replied we will just eat whatever the bar has due to it was late. When my son finally got his cheese pizza the garlic knots never came. The server never came back to the table to refill my water......how hard is it to refill water. When the waiter came by, I had to stop and ask about the garlic knots that evidently, he did not find important enough to put that part of our order in then proceeded to tell me it was too late to order them. My wife went to the counter to pay, and the server guy took the card payment then snatched the receipt out of her hand. I also could not understand why the man drinking the Redd's Wicked Apple would be going into the kitchen to help with any cooking. Lastly the server person should be careful when slinging the nasty rug because when all the dirt flies up on to the food on the bar it is really gross. If the manager or owner sees this and you have cameras by all means watch them for April 27th from 8:30 pm till they leave. You may want to think about an overhaul on the staff or just be closed in...
