Service gets worse and worse. I used to like this location, its near work and home. I (used to ) love their coffee but not here. I have to wait at the go out hole 4 to 5 minutes for coffee then it comes out old or cold . No one seems to be customer oriented. Sunday AM about 10 ppl waiting on their orders 10 ppl in line , 5 ppl working , no one at any register. I waited 4 or 5 minutes and saw no one getting waited on . A couple left in front of me , then I left. Sad... 9/16/18 Thought I'd try again, updated store, looks nice... waited for 5 minutes at the drive through before I got waited on... OK , not bad, after I ordered the line stopped 15 minutes, nothing moving... really wanted coffee and a pie, so I went inside, 2 customers, 1 eating , one waiting on an order . . I waited at the register for 3 or 4 minutes. Someone cooking (inaccessible to the counter) , asked had I been waited on. He yelled for someone to come to the counter. Young guy stood looking at the order screen for a couple of minutes then asked if I ordered a certain sandwich. I said I hadn't ordered. He stared at the screen a couple more minutes , I placed my order , then said he had to check on the pies. Meanwhile 4 cars of people waiting on their drive through orders started coming in the store asking for their food. The drive through line still hadn't moved. Guy who took my order said it would be 6 minutes on the apple pies. just waived him off , shook my head and left, got food from Wendy's. . One would think with all the competition now nearby and new newer looking store things would get better at McDonald's..Really, really bad service... still sad and still 1 star.
11/1/19 Stopped by for a quick snack. Greeted with a friendly smile great service ,and a great late supper snack. Now a 5 star review...đđđđđ I'll be a regular again with service...
   Read moreJust left this place. There's nothing worse than being hungry, and wanting to get a refund. First off, I pulled up to the split drive thru, and got complete silence when I got to the speaker. Someone else pulls up about 20 seconds later on the other side, and gets assistance immediately. I'm used to that already.
What really got me to write this review, was when I finished paying for my food, and pulled up to the second window. The two employees are literally talking amongst each other, and did not even address me one time. One of the employees even looked at me briefly, and kept talking to her co-worker.
I saw the person in front of me getting their food at the second window, and I've been sitting at the first window for about 5 minutes, and was not spoken to, so I figured I would pull up to the second pick up window. I pull up and no one is there. Then people behind me we're getting food at the first pickup window.
That's not even it: I came back around, pulled up to the window, and told them that I wanted a refund. A lady in a grey shirt that I'm assuming is the manager said that she heard her tell me to pull up to the second window, when nobody opened the drive-thru window to even speak to me. Why would I go through all this? Then she tells me that I cannot get a refund because the system is down. I said that's fine, cuz I'm in this area at least 2 - 3 times a week.
She goes on to say I cannot get a refund because the system is down, and I cannot come back and get a refund tomorrow. If I want a refund, she said I have to wait an hour for the system to...
   Read moreThe last time I reviewed this place is was from the mid-'00s and again in 2016. They were awful. However, time has passed, new employees are working there and it seems as if they've really turned everything around. Every time I've gone in there lately, especially in the past several months, my food has been fresh and hot. The place is relatively clean considering the amount of foot and food traffic during the midday. The staff is kind and courteous. Of course, I have not used the drive-thru. I go in and order carry-out. I have noticed they are a little on the slow side. Going inside, I see a skeleton crew but they are all very busy. No one is leaning. A lot of businesses are looking for more people.
Update: I'm not coming back in the evening.
Taking off a star because two weeks ago, although we received our food fresh, it had been fried in dirty oil. This was the first time it has happened to us. In addition, no one would take our order. They told us to use the kiosk. I figured it out until the end. I was lucky one of the other customers knew the secret numerical code needed to finish processing my order. They should have a sign letting customers know that code so they don't get stumped like I did. There was a woman behind the counter who was screaming at all the employees. This wasn't your average "pick-up-the-pace" holler of encouragement, either. This was abuse. I think maybe she needs help. She looked burned-out.
