So, I arrived around 11:30pm, and initially tried to order a chalupa cravings box only to be told that they were out of chalupas. Naturally, I ask about the other chicken sandwich taco box, and I'm met with a "we're out of fried chicken". At this point, I asked them what they did have available and was told to ask about an item and they'd tell me. I then ask for a 5 layer burrito, and to my surprise it wasn't on the list of things they were "out of". Now I'm sitting behind this one person, who actually drove past me while I was ordering, for about 5 minutes and then they hand the person a freeze and nothing else. Once I get to the window and hand the person my money, I sat for about a minute or so when the person handed me my order. Not paying much attention because I was already annoyed and just wanted to get back home, I didn't realize that the person didn't hand me a receipt, which normally wouldn't have been much of an issue, except for the fact that instead of the two 5 layer burritos, I got a small bit of meat, cheese, and sour cream on two soft shell tortillas. Literally, there was mostly only a tortilla with about a table spoon of meat and cheese and sour cream spread across it. Now, at this point I'm upset enough to the point that I actually tried calling the store, but nobody answered after I called a couple times, so I decided instead to leave this review. I honestly feel like the person making the food just didn't want to do their job, and I paid more money than I should've because of their laziness. And there's honestly always something like this, especially at night. Not sure if it's poor management or just desperation for workers to the point that they allow this, but something...
Read moreThis Taco Bell seems to be going through a small slump. I'm sure they can rectify it. They started out so good. However, recently, the food quality has been lacking. I know that isn't saying much because, c'mon, it's Taco Bell. I don't expect anything more. However, receiving barely-stuffed items (mostly shells and wraps) on a $20+ order feels like we just didn't get what we paid for. This is recent. Every time before, they adequately prepared our food with a reasonable amount of fixings. The time before last, it looked like Ebeneezer Scrooge himself rationed it out. Three shreds of cheese and one teaspoon full of meat on an undercooked chalupa, half-filled nacho sauce, a bunch of tacos that are basically shells with crumbs inside... C'mon, guys.
Then there's the last time we went. Admittedly, I got a little worried for them. Soon as my partner pulled up into the lot, he saw the police there. The indoor lights went out and the store closed. Did someone get hurt? Robbed? I hope not. Please stay safe but also train the new employees a little better....
Read moreI have had problems in the past with DoorDash orders but tonight tops the cake. After working 12 hours today I Order food to be delivered to my house around the same time I would be home. It’s late 10pm. I get my food around 10:40. I live about 10 minutes away (one exit up off the loop). First the food is deadly cold also missing and wrong food. Dragon tea is pink 🤔 it’s suppose to be purple. Chips and dip was good but they for got the chips. DoorDash supports refused to help so I went to the store to talk to someone about my order that cost 37$ for only 4 tocos and a burrito…. Lady taking orders seemed to not know what to do other than just give me chips and dismiss me. No apologies for the inconvenience or the fact the receipt clearly said the order and what I wanted in my order. I get it, it’s fast food and times are tuff with the money hungry tyrants companies but Jesus all I wanted was what I paid for....
