Wingstop — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

So my family decided to give Wingstop one more chance. I was hoping that they had worked out their processes and we were gonna have a great experience. I use the Wingstop app and put my order in at 6:30 PM and we were told that we would not get our food until sometime after 8 o’clock, which is OK it’s a college football Saturday totally understand. Our driver wasn’t able to get our order until 830 and it wasn’t delivered to us until 845. Again being someone who worked in the service sector I get it you have really slammed nights and I would imagine that tonight was one of those. I want them to be successful because they are a good place for wings and the other cities that I have lived in. However, this particular store has some very terrible issues. The first is is that they can’t get your order right. They didn’t put in my blue cheese. They didn’t remember my brother’s fries when he got a meal that it’s advertised with three tenders fries, and a drink, he got his drink. No fries! The wings and the tenders were cold as if they had been sitting out for a while. Fortunately, a buffalo wild wings has opened up in the city and it looks like we will be putting our Business there. It’s sad because they don’t have delivery out to my part of the county but honestly, I’ll take me driving in to get it over wrong orders. My last thing is the staffing issues that they seem to have. I called up there to say hey, you know you guys made some mistakes. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I just decided that they weren’t gonna talk to me at all.. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came in to pick up my online order that was supposed to be done at 8:45 and we did not get it until 9:20. After waiting 25 minutes we went up to see what was going on because everyone else got their food but us. Only to find out they never processed our order and weren’t even cooking our food. We waited an additional 10 minutes to get our food. The entire time all the employees were walking around and talking with their coworkers and going in and out the restaurant. They were not professional at all. The workers in the front kept getting on their cell phones. The whole atmosphere inside was chaotic and unprofessional. I was so excited to finally have a Wingstop here. I’ve had it many times at other locations and it was always delicious. The first time we ordered here, missing fries and blue cheese. Called, talk to a manager, offered a credit of food which was very nice. Decided to get our credit tonight, and also 20 more wings. Get home, the credit order of wings were wrong, asked for lemon pepper and we got bbq. And the 4 blue cheese I ordered $1.49 a piece were all ranch! Plus they weren’t very seasoned.
