Worst experience in a drive through in a long time. Went through at 7:25 p.m. on Friday June 13th, and the staff was chatting away for 10 minutes in the window, then they asked me to pull around and it would be 2 more minutes for 5 mild chicken tenders to cook. Then we waited for a total of 20 more minutes and my wife went in to find out what was going on and the manager was extremely rude. She was hateful to my wife and told her to go back and wait in the car. We only ordered two 5 piece chicken tender meals. A few minutes later I went in and asked for a refund. The manager, Michelle, was the one who was so rude, but she didn't say anything when I asked for a refund, just complained under her breath while she was working the refund. Worst experience at any restaurant in a very long time. We used to love Popeyes chicken, but after this I doubt we'll ever eat it again. We waited 37 minutes from ordering until I asked for a refund. We went down the road to Bojangles and got hot chicken in less than 5 minutes.

I work right down the road from this location so me and my co-worker ALWAYS go there for lunch and order the 1 piece chicken leg snack box that comes with a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy for $2.99. So the price has never been over about $7 with tax and all for both of our meals... I go today to order our usual and the lady made a SCENE about my order!! She argued & yelled at me through the speaker box that no such snack box was sold there but that's what I order EVERY TIME for me and my co-worker. She kept ringing up different things on the screen and I kept having to correct my order & she still didn't get it right and told me I was holding up the line! I have never in my life been treated so horribly by employees there, cause like I said I go there atleast 3x a week to get me and my co-worker what we always order... I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. They lost a usual customer all because they wanted to have attitudes and yell at their customer! I'm definitely going to be filing a complaint. Read moreUpdate: Dropped my 3 star review to a ONE STAR review because apparently when THEY mess up your order and give you what you didn't ask for and give you chicken that has CLEARLY been sitting for a while and you ask for fresh food, the so called MANAGER will have a problem with it. By far the most ghetto, customer service lacking restaurant I've ever been to. They CONSISTENTLY mess up orders and they have the absolute WORST staff. Hopefully Popeyes will start offering more money to their employees so they can actually get staff that are WORTH something.
Food is always good but the customer service is lacking. Every time I've ever gone through the drive through at this particular location, I'm always met with a rude drive through attendant.
