As a customer of Cici's since the mid 1990's, I can report an undeniable fall in quality and loss of magic which was the initial Cici's I once knew. Thus is commonly the evolution of big business and competition, I concede. Cici's today seems to attempt to become the budget ChuckEcheese while focusing a little more on Pizza, less on games. So, how about we still make a good pizza Cici's? At my visit of this location, which has been 3 times spanning the past 2 yrs, I find myself consistently disappointed. I struggle to feel a justification for the price. The pizza presented at the buffet tends to be very minimal, and limited. With Cici's that should be ok, because one of the great quirks of Cici's was you get to order what you want. This is where I feel this location gives you friction. You can no longer simply order what you want. No stuffed crust option, and it's now presented as a small personal pizza. That's ok, but if I must then make repeated requests please provide me those requests without friction and having to wait up to 30minutes for that request to be fulfilled. Lastly, the bread/dough...the foundation of the pizza...really tastes terrible, namely the deep dish. This is how Cici's really lost it's fun. It used to be a place of Pizza paradise and now it's simply a drab cafeteria with very poorly executed pies. In the end, the place was well staffed, generally clean and functioning "normally". Cici's problem starts at the main office folks...the locations and staff aren't the issue. This company has lost it's way and really lost touch with it's original model. If you want to get fat on pizza of minimal quality...you'll love it here, otherwise...it's a 2 star experience.

Anytime we visit this restaurant it’s to get a decent variety of food for the kids quick & at a good price. The place has ran incredible under the manager, named Travis. I believe he’s been there many years now, and there is no doubt that he runs a tight ship. Everyone is friendly, they speak, smile, and always offer to help, etc. It is extremely clear that this manager knows who to hire, how to train his people, & holds extremely high standards. You do not have to worry about anything being out of sorts, because it just doesn’t happen here. Good job to this team, and doing a great job, and keeping a clean, well functioning facility! P.s- I have a new guilty pleasure with their “bruschetta” pizza, yum!

Trippy and Sassy have done a wonderful job running this CiCi's location over the years. A few years ago they did a wonderful renovation and even added a salad dressing which tastes a lot like Olive Garden to their salad bar. They always stay on top of making sure that the right number of pizzas are hot and fresh and keep the salad bar in tip top shape. They definitely run one of the best Cici's Pizzas in the entire Southeast and we enjoy coming here!

Had a disappointing experience at the CiCi's in Athens. I order a pizza online and the response (automatic, I suppose) said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the designated time and was told my pizza wasn't ready. I waited about 10 more minutes and was then told my pizza was in the oven! I complained saying I add ordered 25 minutes earlier and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. They told me that had a large order for a nearby church which was backing things up. Finally, about 35-40 minutes after I placed my online order, I got my pizza. When I got home, we discovered it the crust was still soft and almost underdone. We ate anyway. Hopefully today's experience was not typical. I may give them another chance at another time because this store is very close to where we're moving. I've eaten the buffet before and the pizzas have...

I love Cicis and would give it a 5 star review but it really bothers me that im now prompted upon paying to leave between a 15-20 percent for a buffet where I have to get up and refresh my drinks or get and prepare my own salad or walk to the counter to serve myself pizza. A couple years ago they put a suggested tip of around 5 percent and I got over that. But this new change really irritates me. This tipping people for simply doing their job culture is out of control. Ngl it has soured me on wanting to go a little bit. It adds a pressure as the associate is standing right there and can see the receipt that is unfair to the customer. If they want a 20 percent tip they need to provide a proper service where food is brought to you and drinks are refreshed by servers. Other than that pizza is delicious and salad ingredients are...
