WORST experience. I am never one to go and write a review, BUT this one bothered me too much. I mobile ordered to this Starbucks location only to find that although the doors say "Masks required" you cannot go in to pick up your mobile order. I could see that my drinks were already ready, but I then had to sit in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before I could pick up my order. I ordered a frappuccino and knew it would be melted by the time I got to the window. Sure enough he hands it to me and it looks like the picture below. After I tell the gentleman that my drink looks melted, he tells me that is was just separated because it had been sitting a while. I asked for a new one anyways and he said no problem. Then when he gave me my drink it was still melted but just mixed up so I do not believe a new one was even made. I write this because if customers have to sit in the drive thru line AFTER they've mobile ordered, it's pointless! Please remove mobile ordering off the app for this location and make fresh drinks when the customer asks for it. If I have to wait in line, then the drink sitting there for a while is not because I did not show up on time! (Note: the picture was taken obviously after most of it was gone, BUT this is what it looked like when he first tried to give it to me at...
Read moreToday it is a very bad experience. I ordered two glazed doughnuts and one coffee from the manager in the store. The coffee was ready soon but the manager forgot the doughnuts and just put the doughnuts on the counter, then she left. I waited for almost 1 hour and asked the other staff to give that doughnuts to me twice. But he (staff) rejected me twice and said we should still wait behind all other orders ( including so many mobile pick up orders on the left side of counter and a few in person orders on the right side of counter) and said other order waited even longer. That is unbelievable because a lot of orders were behind us and already ready but my doughnuts were still on that counter the manager forgot. And I said my coffee was ready 1 hour ago and that lady forgot my doughnuts and I even can see the doughnuts was on that counter near to order place. The staff still didn’t give me the doughnuts and let me wait forever. Still a lot of students coming in the store and a lot of mobile pick up orders on the counter .My child was very hungry and I can not wait forever and had to leave. That is unbelievable and this is Startbuck service. Too...
Read moreI have used the app, created by Starbucks for their consumers and convenience, for years. I have never had a barista tell me (Until today) that, “it’s great and all, but please give us more time before you submit the order and pull up to the window.” First is all, what’s the difference in ordering at the screen in the drive thru and waiting on multiple cars in front of me before I pull up to the window versus placing the order in the app and then pulling up to the screen to tell them I placed a mobile order? Most baristas have great attitudes, today’s barista however, not so much. We pay good money each week for this treat. If I take advantage of the app, produced by the company itself, I feel justified in its usage. Alps and Baxter: Coffee was good, customer appreciation and service of today’s barista was lackluster. I realize this isn’t a Starbucks quality issue, but it is a...
