If I could give this place negative stars, I’d do it a hundred times over. This wasn’t just a bad experience — this was a clinic in how not to run a restaurant.
Let’s start from the top. I ordered a burrito, expecting at the very least to be informed about what’s in my food. Apparently, that’s too much to ask. They never mentioned that the beans are loaded with pork. No signage, no verbal warning, nothing. When I politely asked for an alternative, they somehow made it even worse and handed me a burrito stuffed with pork. I genuinely started to wonder if this was incompetence or just open disdain for their customers.
And it gets better (or worse, really). My server had no clue what was in any of the food. None. Zero. I asked basic questions, and she had to keep running to the kitchen to ask — which tells me two things: (1) they don’t train their staff, and (2) even the kitchen probably isn’t sure what’s in their own dishes.
To add insult to injury, they cook all their meats — pork, chicken, beef — in the same pan. So even if you somehow manage to dodge their ingredient roulette, you’re still getting cross-contaminated mystery meat. Vegetarian? Allergies? Dietary restrictions? Forget it. Your needs are irrelevant here.
This place is a walking health code violation with a menu. The sheer laziness and disregard for customers is appalling. There are so many better options out there where they actually care about what they’re serving and who they’re serving it to.
Avoid this place like your life depends on it — because frankly,...

Tried this place twice and had bad experiences both time. Wife and I did dine in service where hosts were not very friendly when we walked in and barely acknowledged us. Then it seemed like it took forever just to get some waters and we didn’t even order other drinks due to how long it was taking and we never really knew who was serving us to ask. Seems like 5 people standing around doing nothing at any time and 1 server running around doing everything for all tables.
Placed a pick up order for my wife and I guess my name went through on the order since I used my card and the bar workers working pick up orders argued with her about picking up the order since it didn’t have her name on it, even though her phone number was on the order and she had the confirmation number. They were also rude and after my wife asked to add a separate salsa order (since we couldn’t find the option to add on our original order) and said they put two small ones in there already. We wanted to BUY an extra side salsa but they wouldn’t do it. Then wife gets home, no salsa at all! I just don’t understand how hard it is to work a to go order already paid for and then add another for a side of salsa??
Cool atmosphere, we’ll stick to our usual local...
Read moreFirst and foremost, WOW, just WOW! My bf and I decided to grab a bite after work since we got back pretty late. Neither of us had enough energy to cook dinner, so we thought we’d try out La Parrilla. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and then shown to our table. Within a minute or so, our waitress, who I think was named “Jeanie” or “Jennie” (I can’t quite remember), came over. She asked if it was our first time at La Parrilla, and we said, “Yes!” She let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, we shouldn’t hesitate to ask. My bf ordered crunchy beef tacos, and I went with the “Street Style” tacos. Both were SUPER delicious! Later, I decided to try a drink, but I was a bit overwhelmed by all the options. Our waitress answered all my questions and recommended drinks, explaining what type of tequila goes into certain margaritas. She had such a bubbly and outgoing personality and on top of that she was very attentive, which made the experience ten times better! My bf and I will definitely be coming back! Overall, it was such an...
