Placed an online order, received email confirmation, I get to there to pick it up & they don't know where my order is. They stated the order didn't come through to them.even after showing them my email receipt AND my bank account where I was charged for the order, they made me pay AGAIN at register, stating that the online charge "should be reversed" within a few business days. Woke up yesterday to be charged AGAIN, called my bank and they stated I had to contact the merchant.... After several calls with the manager over a 24 hour period, the only option I was given was to bring in my card I used for the online order after it's processed for a refund. Meanwhile I have to wait the additional 4 business days for both online charges to post which puts my account in the negative, then call my bank to have the overdraft fees reversed which BOA is great at, it's just the timeI've had to spend on this for A. not a lot of food for 80 bucks that over all I've been charged 3 times for and B. Read moreI have ordered from the Chicken Salad Chick on Alps Rd three different times and two of the three times have been very disappointing. The food is good, but the customer service is terrible. When you go in there, it is obvious the employees are not happy to be there. Even worse, they are never accommodating when they have made a mistake. My worst experience occurred today when my coworkers and I placed a carry out order for lunch. They overcharged us, did not answer their phone for FOUR HOURS when we attempted to call for a refund, and then when they finally did answer the phone, made no effort to help resolve the issue and did not seem sorry at all for the inconveniences we had experienced. I am understanding that mistakes happen, but I am not understanding of the lack of concern or effort to help resolve said mistakes. Customer service is dead, the cashier literally dropped my food, proceeded to pick it up, look at me, and then still harshly bag it. I opened it in front of her and she started laughing at the messy plate, chunks of broccoli salad in my open and damaged sandwich with liquid from the salad dripping. When I asked her if she could remake it she told me she would if I paid for a new plate. I scoffed and asked to speak to the manager, which she said she was which I don’t believe for a second. I flagged down another employee and she said that the manager was out at the moment and she didn’t know when she would be back.
