Used to really like this CFA, despite QUITE a few order discrepancies and I mean quite a few. A lot actually. My reason for a one star is I’m currently dealing with a stomach illness due to someone’s hair being in my lemonade which I drank most of. That is beyond disgusting and I’m mortified. Disclaimer: it isn’t my hair and it’s not at all possible that it is mine. I finished most of this drink and it took a few hours. I went to open the lid to pour the rest out and find hair. That is DNA!!!! It’s not at all ok! The manager just apologized and returned my points but does she know how disgusting that is?! That is nasty and yes people can get sick (current situation) from someone’s hair and the bacteria on it IN MY DRINK. This is a low for CFA. The service is usually impeccable but this just completely ruined it for me and I’ve given CFA multiple chances after many issues with orders being wrong/ incomplete or taking an unreasonably long time and even the main managers seemingly aloof attitude towards an issue with an order that was placed close to closing. There was an issue and she said and I quote “you have to ask for fresh food and if there is an issue you have to call the same day” one, food should always be fresh that order was stale, and the bag states the food is always fresh so why we have to ask our food is fresh nearly every order is beyond me. 2 how can we have called and complained when y’all closed less than 30 mins later. This is the second time she has kind of acted nonchalant towards an issue but this time she was willing to refund points whereas last time she didn’t want to do anything but give out a brownie. Now my stomach is more than upset and so am I. This is where I draw the line, finding someone’s hair, their DNA in my drink.
Update: I was able to talk to someone named Michaela (Makayla? I’m sorry if I’m misspelling her name). She gave me vouchers but the bigger picture is she listened and heard my concerns and I felt like she genuinely cared about my experience from our conversation. Read moreThe new parking lot and drive through is so confusing! I felt like banging my head on my steering wheel. First of all, in order to get into the drive through line I could not figure out how to join the line from the shopping center parking lot, having just left TJ Max. I had to leave and find the entrance from Alps Road. Once in the chick fil a lot, finding the drive thru line while trying to navigate, I ended up in the 'go inside' parking lot. There was no option once I realized my folly but to exit the premises back to Alps road. Now I needed to circle back around to find the entrance again. If the traffic was backed up on Alps like it is most days, I would abandoned my effort. Not worth the aggravation.
Once I was back in the drive thru lane, there were no team members to take my order. I had to talk to the intercom!! Honestly, it took forever to get to it even though there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Once I placed my order, it took about 8 minutes to get my food and pay.
I have faith in chick fil A to make it work out, but until then, Im going to the Atlanta Hwy location. I cannot wait until they perfect the flow rate of the drive thru. I am sorry I'm a Chick fil a brat. They spoiled me with their great service. 😊
