Horrible customer service. They made a mistake with my order adding chicken to the vegetables. They even charged extra for the meat and didn't even consider returning the money or providing me with the right order, she said she couldn't change it. I told her that I don't eat meat. came back with the order to return the chicken that were mixed with the vegetables but the cashier stated that because I had already opend the box and had taken the spring roll out she couldn't fix my oder. I informed her that the meat and vegetables were not even touched, she saw it and agreed with me but still didn't want to give me an order without the meat. I told her I'm a frequent customer and that I had to go back to work and it's not right for them to stay with the order and not provide for what the customer paid for and was unable to eat. Very disappointed in the service!! Have been very loyal customers since they opened and loved how they always met customer requests. Tonight we were very excited to eat here but were met with the fact that they don’t cook vegetables as requested anymore (I only eat carrots and broccoli, I’m picky I know). Furthermore, they wouldn’t give my little boy a small cup “because it’s for water only” although we were willing to pay. Oh and not to mention, I had to talk to a manager in order to get some tea made. The staff just told us oh there’s no tea. We don’t drink soft drinks at my house anymore due to health reasons, so after my husband paid for a drink but there was no tea I asked for the manager to fix...

I've been working in Athens almost 8yrs and I only found one place I love to eat at. My co-worker and I have been faithful customers for over 2yrs. My favorite is the teriyaki bowl but my co-worker loves the wings. We are in this place at least twice a week. I've also stop by on my way home and brought my family dinner. My 4yr old son loves the food exspecially the teriyaki chicken and rice bowl. The manager and staff are so nice and professional. Never had a bad experience and for that reason I'll always be a customer. Good food, good vibe and good people is what it's all about to have a successful business.
