Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

I have always gone here in the 4 years I've been living out here and despite having a less than stellar visit once or twice, I have always counted on them to be good, clean and courteous. I'm very disappointed in the handling of my orange dream shake and then the talking about it or looking at it like I'm lying. I had almost $5.50 in that alone, for our $30 lunch.. then to act like you don't see the debris in my shake..ok.. but, why would I drive 20 miles round trip to have to come back on Friday afternoon. And come inside for new shake when i used drive thru originally..my hubs with cancer was with me and needed to get home. we are NOT all Karen's. I was polite until today. Last Christmas will be the last time I buy 20 -30 gift cards for my delivery drivers. I'll go to zaxbys n whataburger now I guess. Thankful for the lady at counter who had nothing to do with my order....

Well go in to place to order, the girl couldn't understand what I was saying so the manager came over and asked me what I would like and I explained to her what I would like. She still didn't put the order in right after she called it back to me. So I drove all the way back home to Danielsville thinking I have all my food and when I get home I realized that I do not have everything. So I called back down there to let them know that they forgot one of my burgers and they explained to me that no they only charged me for 1 when I ordered 2. We placed our order and sat down. About 5 minutes later and customer placed an order. After another 5-7 minute wait the other customers received their order and left. We had another 3-5 minute wait after that. When I commented on the wait, I was told by this guy in glasses that he had a “large order” that he had to get done first.
