Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

There were 3 or 4 employees working, and none of them seemed in any rush at all to get the food out. I was at the front of the line with nobody in front of me, and I still stood for a long time while only 1 employee worked the line doing 1 online order. A line of people was forming behind me, and then the poor guy had to go in the back to make another online order by himself. He comes back and another employee decides to help him finally. She had the worst attitude though, and her hair wasn't even tied back or anything. She ripped my dough, put the tiniest amount of ricotta on it, then when I asked for her to rip up the spinach a little (which I used to work at Your Pie, and it's a very common request) she just throws a few on it and doesn't rip them at all. I heard her sigh and I think she rolled her eyes at one point. They burnt the bottom of my pizza, and when I asked for 2 sides of ranch, the other girl at the register made a face at me and then disappeared and came back and handed me one tiny half-full side of ranch 😑 On top of all that, there was trash everywhere. Your Pie in Beechwood has been a weekly go to since we moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago. I will not be eating here anymore. This location has just gone down hill in the last few months. The ingredients aren't fresh like they used to be and the dining area is frequently unclean (We started just calling in the order for pick up instead of dining in). Additionally, the staff has become apathetic with minimal customer service as of late. Tonight was the final straw for me. I called in a order and was told it would be the typical 10-15 min. I arrived 25 mins later only to be told the pizza hadn't even been made and it would be another 10-15. They clearly forgot my order. The place was not busy. I could have dealt with a mistake, however when I questioned what had happened no one acknowledged me. No one would make eye contact with me. They just ignored the whole situation. I work across the street from Your Pie and my coworkers and I have ordered online from this location twice. Both times after placing our order online, when going to pick them up, not only were the orders not ready even though it is after the pick up time, the staff acts totally clueless like they have no idea what an online order is. They have never have the pizzas ready, they never know whats on the pizza, and even when you give them your order and receipt number they still act like they have no idea what you are talking about. Last week they not only didn't have the order ready but took forever to make the pizzas and then a woman who said she was from corporate apologized for the terrible service said she would have lunch catered to our office this week and that never happened either!
