Burger King — Restaurant in Athens

I don't know the name of the manager working, she's short and a little loud. She was stressing pretty hard about not getting the orders out. I can't say I blame her. There were 2 other people there working with her, yet it took her 25 minutes to get our food to us. The customers that were already there when we got there seemed to be waiting for a while as well. I don't know for how long. But she forgot to get there drinks out to them, and had to stop working on our order to make tea. No one took her place making orders. They were only taking care of the drive thru. After she finally got everyone's drinks out to them, she realized she didn't have any fries for our order, however our burgers were already made and just sitting there thru all this, and still sat there while she made fries. When she finally got our order finished and we went up and got it, we got back to the table with it and our 4 burgers AND or 2 chicken sandwiches were cold. The fries however were hot. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to stress her out even MORE or have to wait EVEN LONGER for our food. I'm glad I got to do this review, so that maybe the managers/owners can do something so that this doesn't have to continue to...

I had a horrible experience at the Athens location tonight. I got off work at 9:30pm and decided to stop by Burger King on my way home, for a “quick” burger. I got blocked in at the drive thru and had to wait over 35 minutes to get my Whopper w/cheese! I was going to back out after waiting for 10 minutes, but 2 other cars pulled in behind me, so I was stuck there! It will another 10 minutes till I placed my order, and after I placed my order it took well 15 to 20 minutes for me to get my Whopper w/cheese & completely liquified Strawberry Shake! This definitely was NOT the best experience to have after a long day at work! Or any other time really! I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but considering it still kinda brand new, you would think they would have the shit together! I very seriously doubt I will be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to anyone else! This is why Athens can’t ever keep a decent fast food place! Get it...
